I believe this was originally a single luxury home converted to an inn. Over the years the owners have spent much effort into brining it up to three star hotel status. They do not appear to stop adding whatever improvements they can. The result is a very charming place with nice amenities and character. Excellent location that might be described as the rim of the town center. The ST. Michel church provides a buffer of sorts from the close by attractions. Best of all is the warm and friendly atmosphere. Owners are very nice and hands on operators.

This hotel is the best in terms of owners, staff, kindness, beauty, charm, food, accommodation, helpfulness, and so much more. We consider ourselves very lucky to stay here. The room was charming, and the balcony with it gave us many sublime moments of mountain memories. It was quiet, too, yet central, steps away from the main pedestrian area and shops and restaurants. We already plan to return next year. Incroyable. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité!

We had a wonderful stay! Philip, the host, was absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and genuinely funny. He made the experience feel really personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. There’s on-site parking, which is a huge bonus, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay in resort and this hotel which located just off main shopping and restaurant/bar area. Owners very friendly. Some building work going on during our stay, but managed to get into room after climbing over wet concrete 😀. Thanks owners.👍

The room is very clean, the heating is sufficient, the boss has a very good service attitude and has a very cute puppy. The hotel's balcony has a nice view, the bathroom is clean and large, and there is a small bottle of mineral water prepared in the room. Overall, it is highly recommended. Considering the price, it can be said to be a great value for money!

Nice quaint family hotel. Close to centre. Small rooms but comfy. Some parking. Easy walk to gondola and centre of town. Quiet at night. Decent breakfast. Good vue.in a busy tourist town and do we really have a 200 character minimum now? Great.

Stayed in this lovey family hotel end of February for a ski trip. Family were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern but in keeping in context to the charm of the area. Just set off the Main Street and close to ski bus plus lots of rental shops close by. We left a window open and every morning around 7am you could smell the fresh pastries being cooked. Couldn’t fault our stay and if coming back to Chamonix I’d look to book again.

It's not a 24-hour front desk, it's only 8-11 a.m., access is by door, like a family hotel, but it's called a hotel. The stairs are like the stairs of 72 tenants. There is no elevator. There are no beddings in the room, just sheets. It's freezing! The price is expensive and does not include breakfast. Breakfast costs 11 euros at your own expense. It is not worth it. Overall, there is no value for money!
