Accessible room too small if you had a wheelchair. Bed very uncomfortable but also very small. No kettle but also no room to have a kettle. Only one chair, no comfortable seats. Just the bed. Lights very poor. Couldn't put contact lenses in. Breakfast not worth the money. Then last but not least you have to use a code to get in your room, should just be a card and in for quickness.

Well appointed comfortable rooms with good shower and comfortable bed. Reception very helpful and near restaurants. Great value.

Score would have been higher but there were long brown hairs on the bathroom floor - definitely not ours - so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly. Otherwise as expected for the price

Free parking was good, relatively quiet neighborhoods, a bit outside of the city centre, but ok buss connections. Room was basic, but ok and clean.

Good location close to the motorway in out of town retail park with a number of restaurant/dining choices in walking distance. Rooms are typical chain hotel layout but are a bit tired. Very good breakfast & large car park. Supermarket nearby. Added bonus dogs are allowed for an additional cost

The hotel has recently had an update and a re-turn excellent job .
They even sell beer and wine now.

Having used Reims and Tinqueux for a number of years this will now be our first choice hotel

Perfect stop off on a long drive to the Alps. Arrived late at night, staff were friendly, and cot was set up in the room allowing us to transfer a sleeping toddler seamlessly.
Room was quiet and dark allowing a restful sleep.
