Excelent location and great customer services

The room was clean and comfortable and so too was the bathroom but the shower needs a door or curtain because after every use the floor got drowned.

Etat de la chambre, de la la salle d'eau et toilettes, de la literie et du linge de toilettes très soignés et très propres. Literie très confortable et en parfait état. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great for an overnight stay en route
This hotel is excellent for an overnight stay when travelling in France. The air conditioned comfortable room was very much appreciated with the very hot weather at the time of our stay. Staff were very helpful and breakfast fully met our requirements. Having an electric car it was very convenient that we could charge it at the hotel

Very comfortable hotel, all is clean and in good condition. Nearby there is a good restaurant and bakery. Also just over the road is the fashion outlet centre

The hotel is clean and in a good location close to the autoroute. However, check in is a nightmare. We stay regularly at B&B in Coquelles; they have staff to check you in, but in Troyes it's self service an not very clever.
Thet don't serve wine - unless red is your choice, but even then you can't have a glass - only a bottle. Not even pleasant about it..
Second time here, but it will be the last.

A truly fantastic hotel and literally just off the motorway. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and an absolutely great breakfast. The only thing missing from the room was coffee making facilities (but there is a machine downstairs). Add to all this a gourmets delight of a restaurant next door and its the perfect place to overnight stop on your journey through France. Certainly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in irrespective of the price

Everything about the hotel was excellent. There was only one thing we found strange and that was the coffee machine. There were about 20 different types of coffee available but only one type of tea, which was a mint flavour. In our view it would be sensible to have one or two less coffee options and then allow perhaps a normal (black) tea and a green tea. It was also strange that the coffee machine did not accept card payment so we had to try to find some Euro coins. In every other way this was a perfect stay in a great location for a stop over en route back to Calais the next morning.

Repeat client so happy enough. The convenience of local nearby facilities a big factor plus our route to and from the UK making it a convenient resting location.
We will be booking ot again.
Clean, tidy, efficient check in via the automatic system even without staff being available which we found strange at 1600/1630 hrs in the afternoon.
Although we accept it is a budget hotel...coffee making facilities within the room would be a huge plus (better than vending machines which you have to leave your room to obtain something).
