We had a lovely stopover in Reims on our way home to England. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the showers were great. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city centre and has free onsite parking, which was a major advantage. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the extra welcome treats. Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

we alway's stayed at this hotel when it was a mercure and now after new ownership by hyatt i think it has improved after the re-furb we hope to visit this hotel many more times in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The Hotel is very clean and welcoming, with friendly attentive staff. The food was also excellent and having an on site car park, makes this hotel an ideal stop over when travelling to the Alps. We will definitely use the hotel again and recommend to friends.

Very neat and clean, the staff spoke good English. Plenty of parking. The rooms were also clean and within walking distance of the city.

A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We loved to stop ar the bar/ lounge every night after a day in Reims/ Epernay. High quality champagnes available by the glass. The hotel has amazing quality for the price.

Fantastic property. Best Western has hit a grand slam home run with this “Premier” concept. Bar and restaurant were above excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will always stay at BW Premier in the future.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving...

Gave it a second chance before reviewing. I stayed here twice, wanting to give the hotel a fair shot. During my first visit, I was placed in a ground-floor room “decorated by a local artist” (see my photos from January 2025). While I understand the intention behind creating a unique vibe, the design felt more like graffiti than art, and the space was not relaxing—it actually gave me a sense of anxiety...

Quirky decor used for overnight stops to and from Italy. Good variety of foods at breakfast, comfortable rooms, very pleasant staff, no porterage though.

Mathieu who was front of house on our arrival made our stay a good one. Every request we had was met with a smile and the solution. Mathieu deserves a five star hotel to work in to match his service level and languages spoken! This Ibis is from the old days, very oppressive and not great value for the cost. If you’re okay with that it’s all good and if Mathieu’s on shift, excellent.

This is the hotel to be in Reims. Although on the outskirts of Reims it is still only 15 minutes by car from old town center. Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Out room faced the street and was quiet with the window closed but we needed to keep it open at times cause the room got quite hot. Lots of street noise till about two in the morning and then garbage trucks etc. an internal room would have been better.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Obviously a drainage issue but when I got into the shower I could smell the drainage issue and should have known. It was a putrid smell out nespresso machine...

We stayed here as a family of 4 in one room as a quick stop over enroute to skiing. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean. Basic but that is all that was needed. Good shower. Breakfast was very good- plenty of croissants, breads, juice, fruit etc.. The parking was included and secure- locked gates at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a stopover from Manchester to Bavaria. The hotel is perfectly located for onward journeys after crossing the channel. Also just opposite large supermarket and in walking distance to bakers/restaurants. The hotel is bright, the rooms are clean and the pool is a fabulous start to the holiday! Reception staff were really friendly. Lots of options for breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our stay, particularly when I needed to move the date at the last minute. The rooms are fine, reasonably comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice option when the weather is good. We have an electric car, so having multiple charging stations on-site was ideal. Breakfast was pretty good. We would come back.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is easy if you're just stopping over night to travel the next day. Food menu was very limited and quite pricey for what it is. No dairy free breakfast alternatives. Cleanliness of the room needs improvement, hairs found in bedding and bathroom floor.

Lovely stop over , staff there is super friendly , make sure you book ahead for the car park space so you don’t get disappointed. They have off street parking too .

Everything was great. But on our dates the Wi-Fi didn't work, we weren't warned about it, only when we went to find out, they apologized, said that there was a problem and they couldn't fix it. For foreign travelers in roaming it's a significant minus. Everything else, the room and breakfast were good, no complaints.

The rooms are basic, but extremely clean. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is really good with a never ending supply of free hot drinks. We’ve stayed several times en route to Munich.

Great hotel! Plenty of parking and they reserved an electric car charger for us for when we arrived. Also loved the free tea/coffee machine, water and sweets! Will be staying here again if we are in the area. Also very easy to get to the tram to go into Reims

Luckily there was a space outside to park and check in. We had reserved a parking space but there was plenty of other options available. We thought the parking was a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed. This is probably why the underground parking was empty! Room was as expected. The large step up to the bathroom seemed it could be a trip hazard. Breakfast was actually better than we expected...

Two small problems during my stay: A small message at the top of the management office: Why are there no more toilet brushes? I had to buy one to clean up after using the toilet. It's not the cleaning staff's job to clean up after some particularly disgusting guests (because there are no brushes!!!). You should do what you do with bath towels: after a guest's stay, put the toilet brush in the laundry...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, soundproofed and the beds were nice. Breakfast was pleasant, though fairly standard, nothing particularly special. The Staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay feel very enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay on the way back to the Euro Tunnel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the centre of town. The first night was good, however the second night was absolutely awful. The room air conditioning stopped working after a short power cut, it was around 35 degrees and we were literally melting. We were told they couldn't get anyone to look at it until the morning. Excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the town. The Junior Suite was worth the small extra payment, loads of room! Breakfast was good, and the car-parking on site was both secure and convenient. Overall, a great choice.

We have stayed here on 3 previous occasions and have always been really happy with everything. Sadly the hotel seems to be understaffed. We couldn’t find a member of staff when we checked in. There was no one in the bar when we wanted to order a drink and had to wait until the person on reception was free.

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff needed more training. They charged twice for the room, refunded us, then turns out they refunded ten euros too much. We had to go back to the desk three times to sort things out at their request. Mistakes happen, however it was off putting

The property itself was nice, it was clean and functional, good bedroom sizes. The downside was the issues and the lack of coffee. I paid on arrival. My husband went to the bar to get some drinks, and was charged again for the room, he had been getting the cases from the car so didn’t see me pay. Somehow, one side of the building has only a small window in each room. It feels more like a youth hostel/prison than a hotel. Ibis Styles Reims was just fine, not luxurious, but comfortable and exactly what you need if you’re mainly there to sleep. The staff were friendly, and the location is great, with everything within easy reach. A convenient and pleasant stay overall.

Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad. We used this hotel twice, once on the way into France and once on the way back. We were very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. We were able to have an evening meal, which was good. The breakfast was great, a continental style but perfectly adequate. We thought it was much better than some of the recent reviews suggested.

Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. Cannot fault the staff, they were so helpful and the comfort and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Great location and would definitely stay again when visiting Reims again
