We had a lovely stopover in Reims on our way home to England. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the showers were great. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city centre and has free onsite parking, which was a major advantage. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the extra welcome treats. We enjoyed our time in Reims so much we have already planned...

Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

we alway's stayed at this hotel when it was a mercure and now after new ownership by hyatt i think it has improved after the re-furb we hope to visit this hotel many more times in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The Hotel is very clean and welcoming, with friendly attentive staff. The food was also excellent and having an on site car park, makes this hotel an ideal stop over when travelling to the Alps. We will definitely use the hotel again and recommend to friends.

Very neat and clean, the staff spoke good English. Plenty of parking. The rooms were also clean and within walking distance of the city.

A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We loved to stop ar the bar/ lounge every night after a day in Reims/ Epernay. High quality champagnes available by the glass. The hotel has amazing quality for the price.

Fantastic property. Best Western has hit a grand slam home run with this “Premier” concept. Bar and restaurant were above excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will always stay at BW Premier in the future.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving...

We had a great stay en-route to Switzerland. The hotel was comfortable and there was lovely food in the restaurant.

Gave it a second chance before reviewing. I stayed here twice, wanting to give the hotel a fair shot. During my first visit, I was placed in a ground-floor room “decorated by a local artist” (see my photos from January 2025). While I understand the intention behind creating a unique vibe, the design felt more like graffiti than art, and the space was not relaxing—it actually gave me a sense of anxiety...

Quirky decor used for overnight stops to and from Italy. Good variety of foods at breakfast, comfortable rooms, very pleasant staff, no porterage though.

Very good location, plenty of restaurants nearby, cinema, bowling etc. convenient to get info Reims city via bus only 2 euro. Basic room amenities but to be expected. Very pleasant stay, comfortable bed so good nights rest, also shower lovely hot and has a good amount of pressure.

Lovely welcoming staff both in the evening on arrival and in the morning for breakfast. Hotel and room very clean. Comfortable bed and room quiet. Hot powerful shower. Mathieu who was front of house on our arrival made our stay a good one. Every request we had was met with a smile and the solution. Mathieu deserves a five star hotel to work in to match his service level and languages spoken! This Ibis is from the old days, very oppressive and not great value for the cost. If you’re okay with that it’s all good and if Mathieu’s on shift, excellent.

I really enjoyed Reims because of this hotels location relative to places we were trying to go: short walk from restaurants, bars, the train station, and the famous major churches that people come here to visit. The lobby has free water and they give you water bottles to use to get the free water, which is always a plus for me in Europe when tap water/free water that isn’t bottled water is usually...

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Out room faced the street and was quiet with the window closed but we needed to keep it open at times cause the room got quite hot. Lots of street noise till about two in the morning and then garbage trucks etc. an internal room would have been better.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Obviously a drainage issue but when I got into the shower I could smell the drainage issue and should have known. It was a putrid smell out nespresso machine...

Excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the town. The Junior Suite was worth the small extra payment, loads of room! Breakfast was good, and the car-parking on site was both secure and convenient. Overall, a great choice.

Delightful hotel in good location with private parking. Friendly professional staff. Very calm feel, stylish interior decor, and very comfortable rooms. A good place to stop on the way back to the UK from the Alps. A great location on the centre with a secure car park a few mins walk away. Friendly staff. We visited with a dog and felt welcomed. Breakfast was good with nice coffee and juices. Would recommend.

Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. Cannot fault the staff, they were so helpful and the comfort and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Great location and would definitely stay again when visiting Reims again

We stayed at Hôtel Le Champ des Oiseaux on New Year’s Eve as a stopover on our journey, and it was absolutely charming, full of character. We arrived at 6pm and were warmly welcomed, helped with our baggage and parking our car. The hotel is very attractive and our room - la Chapelle - had recently been renovated. Dinner and breakfast by the fire were very enjoyable and the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

We were thrilled to find that we had been upgraded to a beautiful room with plenty of French charm. We stayed in Le Gallant Vert and had a lovely view into the private courtyard and another into the cobbled street. So close to the centre of old Troyes but also very quiet and tucked away. The church bells next door were another part of the charm. We recommend doing the self guided walking tour around...

One of the best boutique hotels we were in for a long time. The staff is awesome with a “ let us know how we can help” attitude, great decor, great renovated rooms, great breakfast and perfect location in the lovely Troye town. Definitely a place to come back to!

Newly and stylishly refurbished, with very welcoming staff, nice public areas, 10 minutes walk from the centre. Secure parking on site but bit of a catch 22 to access. Need a room key to enter but with no drop off point it’s hard to stop anywhere to check in.

Nice hotel, well equipped, good location. Nice plus: water fountain on each floor, I could have used an additional coffee in the room but there was only one, also a coffee machine would be better than instant coffee
