This is the hotel to be in Reims. Although on the outskirts of Reims it is still only 15 minutes by car from old town center. Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Out room faced the street and was quiet with the window closed but we needed to keep it open at times cause the room got quite hot. Lots of street noise till about two in the morning and then garbage trucks etc. an internal room would have been better.

Our stay was amazing the hotel and the staff were superb. We even dined at the restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional the only issue we had was that our shower drain didn’t drain well so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Obviously a drainage issue but when I got into the shower I could smell the drainage issue and should have known. It was a putrid smell out nespresso machine...

A good place to stop on the way back to the UK from the Alps. A great location on the centre with a secure car park a few mins walk away. Friendly staff. We visited with a dog and felt welcomed. Breakfast was good with nice coffee and juices. Would recommend.

We loved this small hotel, situated directly on the Place de la Republique in Challons- en- Champagne. Our room overlooked the square. They upgraded us to a triple room from a double, which gave us plenty of space and lots of windows to check out what was happening outside. They told us it was their policy to do that if there was availability. The location is really fabulous. You can see lots of bars...

Breakfast was not free and quite expensive but good. Staff was very helpful. Location is excellent.

Amazing luxury hotel in a beautiful town. Breakfast was great out on the terrace. Enjoyed a nice afternoon by the rooftop pool sipping cocktails looking over the town. Staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault it!

The staff was very friendlyand the breakfast excellent although quite expensive. The room was a good size but the bedding was a mess: 2 quilts into 1 cover, all bunched up, curtains of the hooks and carpets in access to rooms have seen better days. Great hotel for exploring Chalons en Champagne Superb location right on the Place de la République. Interior of Hôtel is a bit tired but sitting outside at the tables in the square you could not care less. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Deceived by the location - faced with seemingly the back entrances to buildings and a very unimpressive 'HOTEL" sign, all of sudden the gates were opened to a private car park and the most beautiful building and interior. We arrived at 6pm and were warmly welcomed, helped with our baggage and parking our car. The hotel is very attractive and our room - la Chapelle - had recently been renovated. Dinner and breakfast by the fire were very enjoyable and the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

We were thrilled to find that we had been upgraded to a beautiful room with plenty of French charm. We stayed in Le Gallant Vert and had a lovely view into the private courtyard and another into the cobbled street. So close to the centre of old Troyes but also very quiet and tucked away. The church bells next door were another part of the charm. We recommend doing the self guided walking tour around...

One of the best boutique hotels we were in for a long time. The staff is awesome with a “ let us know how we can help” attitude, great decor, great renovated rooms, great breakfast and perfect location in the lovely Troye town. Definitely a place to come back to!

Park8ng is not at the property and is not free. They switched my room the next day because the shower didn't work. The first room did not have any amenities but the second room did. First room was very noisy from the outside but second room was much more quieter and larger.

It is located in downtown Bonn, and there is a supermarket right behind it and a parking lot in front, so it is convenient.

Location is great just at front of the Cathedral. Rooms with the view are very small and the price is elevated as there are practically no other competitive hotels.Next time in Reims I consider to rent an apartment.

The staff were excellent but I was disappointed there was no turn down service with bedside water at night. We learnt as we got in our taxi to leave, we could have helped ourselves to the mini bar for water. I would stay at this hotel again.

A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We had a lovely stopover in Reims on our way home to England. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the showers were great. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city centre and has free onsite parking, which was a major advantage. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the extra welcome treats. Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

we alway's stayed at this hotel when it was a mercure and now after new ownership by hyatt i think it has improved after the re-furb we hope to visit this hotel many more times in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The Hotel is very clean and welcoming, with friendly attentive staff. The food was also excellent and having an on site car park, makes this hotel an ideal stop over when travelling to the Alps. We will definitely use the hotel again and recommend to friends.

My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving...

We had a great stay en-route to Switzerland. The hotel was comfortable and there was lovely food in the restaurant.

Gave it a second chance before reviewing. I stayed here twice, wanting to give the hotel a fair shot. During my first visit, I was placed in a ground-floor room “decorated by a local artist” (see my photos from January 2025). While I understand the intention behind creating a unique vibe, the design felt more like graffiti than art, and the space was not relaxing—it actually gave me a sense of anxiety...

Lovely stop over , staff there is super friendly , make sure you book ahead for the car park space so you don’t get disappointed. They have off street parking too .

Everything was great. But on our dates the Wi-Fi didn't work, we weren't warned about it, only when we went to find out, they apologized, said that there was a problem and they couldn't fix it. For foreign travelers in roaming it's a significant minus. Everything else, the room and breakfast were good, no complaints.

Luckily there was a space outside to park and check in. We had reserved a parking space but there was plenty of other options available. We thought the parking was a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed. This is probably why the underground parking was empty! Room was as expected. The large step up to the bathroom seemed it could be a trip hazard. Breakfast was actually better than we expected...

Two small problems during my stay: A small message at the top of the management office: Why are there no more toilet brushes? I had to buy one to clean up after using the toilet. It's not the cleaning staff's job to clean up after some particularly disgusting guests (because there are no brushes!!!). You should do what you do with bath towels: after a guest's stay, put the toilet brush in the laundry...

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family as we drove back to the UK. The hotel is good value for money - it's clean, comfortable, secure underground parking and in a great central location. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, soundproofed and the beds were nice. Breakfast was pleasant, though fairly standard, nothing particularly special. The Staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay feel very enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay on the way back to the Euro Tunnel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the centre of town. The first night was good, however the second night was absolutely awful. The room air conditioning stopped working after a short power cut, it was around 35 degrees and we were literally melting. We were told they couldn't get anyone to look at it until the morning. Clean place, good enough for an overnight stay especially at that price. It was cold in the rooms, and we never really managed to heat the floors and bathrooms, though it was eventually warm enough in the bedrooms. This hotel has all you really need. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and small but functional bathrooms. It also has fantastic family rooms so that parents and 3 children can sleep in two connected rooms. Ideally located hotel in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Parking available at the parking lot. The room card was deactivated several times. Decent breakfast. Slight noise disturbance due to the proximity of bars and restaurants, but nothing bothersome. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are average for a Best Western hotel, but clean and functional. It should be noted that the hotel is under renovation recently and has scaffolding.

For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.

We stayed at Hôtel de la Gare in Troyes as a convenient stopover during our road trip from the UK to Barcelona. Running late after a full day in Lille, we were concerned about arriving before reception closed—but the hotel staff were very accommodating. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist provided helpful instructions in case we arrived after hours. In the end, we made it just before 10pm...

Our room could have been nice (comfy bed, balcony doors... and all the amenities) but there were yellow stains on the sheets and LOTS of hair all over the carpet and bathroom floor. It seemed there was only one person working at the time so maybe the cleaner was overworked and overlooked these details... We complained and the floor was cleaned and sheets changed while we went out - Troyes is lovely...

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

We found that hotel by looking at “hotel with car park” in Reims and booked. I have to say that as soon as you enter rue de Magneux, guided by the satnav, seeing cars parked both sides, with a sole lane in the middle, I thought “Where the hell are we headed?” The hotel is placed on both side of the street and is composed by various composite blocks purchased one after the other, it has evolved like...

This hotel is slightly out of town, so you’ll have to walk about 20 minutes to reach the pedestrian zone. For the rest we had a simple but positive experience there. Our room was pretty new (but made of cheap elements)., it was clean and quiet. Bed somewhat soft but ok. Good wifi. You can park in the street in front of the hotel. Don’t expect much from the pool, it is minuscule. Check-in and out efficient...

Good location walkable to centre. No parking at the hotel but there is a car park adjacent which is free overnight and picking up a disc from the hotel will give you several additional free hours. We booked an apartment from this hotel and it was great. The place was very clean and it looked just like the photos; furnished nicely and felt good. The best part of the hotel is the location, as its next to the Roman gate and entrance to the city center. However the service is not great at all. The ladies who work there, especially in the morning, are incredibly unfriendly. During mornings, they don't even sit at the front desk, just talk to each other in the back. Poor Air-conditioning during heatwave Good location, air conditioning was very poor especially during a heatwave. Fire alarm went off during our stay.

The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Clin Festival Found it very surprise and plesant stay with comfort in centre of Reims. as it is good location and easy 20min walk to Clin festival (Deaf festival). I will defo book this hotel in two years time

A comfortable hotel with small quiet rooms. Friendly staff at the reception and great location, downtown and a few minutes walk from the train station. One can regret the presence of small plastic bottles for soap and shampoo.

Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

Sarah and her colleagues are the reception were terrific. The room was small. Our first night, we were given a room that faced onto the plaza -- which was super noisy until about 2 a.m. We got moved to a room facing an inner courtyard the next day, which was much better. Very convenient location, other than the noise.

Good budget hotel clean and comfortable (actually pinched some ideas for my bedroom at home). There was a problem with my booking, which was confirmed by my 3rd party site but not received by hotel. They allocated me a room despite not having received my booking and didn't charge me. The hotel staff and lobby on the whole provided for a welcoming experience and were accommodating. We had a pleasant stay — the room and bathroom were small but clean and well-maintained. Parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which made things easy. Nice. Rooms decent size with effective cooling. Microwave useful for when you have to eat in. Finding food for vegans in France on a Sunday is quite difficult so that was helpful. Breakfast good. Couldn't get the bath to work.

Location was behind the train station, the area is little dodgy when going back to the hotel after dinner. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable with the big big table taking up too much space, the bathroom and the toilet are plastic cubicles, worse than on the aeroplane. It's right across from the stadium, about 2 kilometers from Reims train station, a half-hour walk. The room is very clean, and the windows are very soundproof, so you can get a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately the hotel was being refurbished when we were there so the car park was not accessible, the entrance was via scaffolding stairs and the reception and breakfast room were a bit makeshift. Our room itself was fine and recently renovated. Breakfast was poor with very bad coffee. Once building work is finished it will probably be fine, quite central location.

Close but no cigar Cleanliness was great but there was a bit of a drain smell from the bathroom and replenishing tea and coffee didn’t happen, other than that the hotel did what it was supposed to and the staff were very pleasant.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate for our needs. There was a smell of cigarettes lingering in the room which was a bit off putting, but the beds were comfortable, so we had a good nights sleep.
