We stayed here as a family of 4 in one room as a quick stop over enroute to skiing. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean. Basic but that is all that was needed. Good shower. Breakfast was very good- plenty of croissants, breads, juice, fruit etc.. The parking was included and secure- locked gates at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a stopover from Manchester to Bavaria. The hotel is perfectly located for onward journeys after crossing the channel. Also just opposite large supermarket and in walking distance to bakers/restaurants. The hotel is bright, the rooms are clean and the pool is a fabulous start to the holiday! The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our stay, particularly when I needed to move the date at the last minute. The rooms are fine, reasonably comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice option when the weather is good. We have an electric car, so having multiple charging stations on-site was ideal. Breakfast was pretty good. We would come back.

We had a pleasant stay — the room and bathroom were small but clean and well-maintained. Parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which made things easy. Everything was great. But on our dates the Wi-Fi didn't work, we weren't warned about it, only when we went to find out, they apologized, said that there was a problem and they couldn't fix it. For foreign travelers in roaming it's a significant minus. Everything else, the room and breakfast were good, no complaints.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, soundproofed and the beds were nice. Breakfast was pleasant, though fairly standard, nothing particularly special. We have stayed here on 3 previous occasions and have always been really happy with everything. Sadly the hotel seems to be understaffed. We couldn’t find a member of staff when we checked in. There was no one in the bar when we wanted to order a drink and had to wait until the person on reception was free.

Ideally located hotel in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Parking available at the parking lot. The room card was deactivated several times. Decent breakfast. Slight noise disturbance due to the proximity of bars and restaurants, but nothing bothersome. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are average for a Best Western hotel, but clean and functional. It should be noted that the hotel is under renovation recently and has scaffolding.

For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Park8ng is not at the property and is not free. They switched my room the next day because the shower didn't work. The first room did not have any amenities but the second room did. First room was very noisy from the outside but second room was much more quieter and larger.

This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

The best part of the hotel is the location, as its next to the Roman gate and entrance to the city center. However the service is not great at all. Two small problems during my stay: A small message at the top of the management office: Why are there no more toilet brushes? I had to buy one to clean up after using the toilet. It's not the cleaning staff's job to clean up after some particularly disgusting guests (because there are no brushes!!!). You should do what you do with bath towels: after a guest's stay, put the toilet brush in the laundry...

Basic hotel (nothing more nothing less). Ideal basic hotel due to it's superb location and nearby parkingfacilities to explore Reims. Feedback for hotel: Bigger towels would be advisable and shower capabilities could be better (more water pressure, warmer water and ability to adjust shower head).

We had no complaints. Our room (203) with Kingsize bed was spacious, very clean,air conditioned and with a good sized ensuite shower room. Breakfast was quite adequate, coffee from machine was good. All in all a good place to stay in the heart of Reims with discounted parking next door. Considering what we paid, it is good value for money when you just need a stopover for a night or two.

The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. I would likely return on my next trip to Reims

Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
