We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais.
We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay.
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless.
I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes.

Lovely reception lady. But sadly the bed sheets were not changed - they stank of sweat/BO. We climbed into bed far too late to complain so had to sleep without sheets. Not ideal. The wardrobe was also broke ( couldn’t open properly) and the bathroom was full of mould. Thankfully we were only staying one night.

The room had everything that we needed. We walked into town and enjoyed the beautiful city centre. Parking at the hotel was safe and easy. Good stop-over on our way East.

The young lady on the front desk was super friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and parking advice.
The hotel has a car park which was a real plus.

Booked 2 rooms one for 2 people & one for 3 people. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful.
The room for 2 people was on the ground floor and had an overpowering smell of damp and chemicals, which presumably was to try to address the damp, we asked for another room, which was no problem for the staff, this room on the 1st floor was fine.
In the room for 3 people, it was a very small cramped room, there were only 2 towels, the shower barely worked and the shower enclosure was broken.
The hotel has private parking which is a plus. The staff were very good and trying hard in a hotel that needs some proper investment to bring it up to standard.
