We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ibis Budget Montpellier Centre Millénaire. The rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable for a budget-friendly option. We opted for breakfast, which was nice and convenient, though it is not included in the room rate. Parking was available, making arriving and leaving easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, a good value for money and a practical choice for travelers looking for a simple, comfortable stay in Montpellier.

I was thete 6 days and they never changed the bed sheets once. Towels had hair on them from others and dust all on the floors. It wasnt clean at all

Stuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.

Its not called budget for nothing; I've seen police cells bigger, better equipped and decorated. For the avoidance of any misinterpretation I was the custody sergeant not the detainee. Its also miles from anywhere next to dual carriageway.

Nice and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are minimal as is always in Ibis budget. The place is quiet but a little bit far from everything. Soundproofing isn't a strong feature of the rooms.

Quiet, clean and decent hotel, great buffet breakfast, close to bus stops, friendly reception desk but could be better. Renovations are needed here and there most especially the bathroom drains. They smell really awful.

Because, in my humble opinion, that property should be condemned. In fact, I learned they were in the plans to refurbish when Covid hit. I guess those plans have been scratched, perhaps because innocent people continue to book. Most of the staff is friendly, yes, but, have you ever gone to a reception desk to ask for toilet paper and be questioned about whether or not you have some in the room? I'll just leave it at that. They're not honest about the pictures they use. The bathroom you see is out in the hallway, not in anyone's room, for example. The facilities are not even basic, they are below that. I have my own pictures, which I will share. I suspect some of these reviews were paid for. We were only able to take it two nights, and only because we were so tired when we arrived and the second night we spent the middle of the night looking for another hotel and visiting them. Even so, they want to follow policy "strictly" and keep our money. Not acceptable. Oh, and, I'm a travel agent!

Wow. I mean the service is up to American standards or better. After being treated extremely horribly at much more expensive hotel, I stayed here planning on just the night, but the excellent staff and service made me feel at home. Yes the shower is tiny, and I hit my head a few times on the bunk bed but for the price it was this place couldn’t be better! The room was extremely clean and the people who work there extremely respectful and friendly. Which is hard to come by in France I’ve noticed. Sorry to say but the French are not known for their customer service, but this two star hotel is the exception! Incroyable
