Very nice visit in Montpellier and great stay at the hotel. Great location near the center and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast is always nice way to start your day.

We are asian. For me I considered this is a racisim.
We have got a bad service and the response from staff was not friendly as we saw the review.
We have to ask for food and water for breakfast meal which was included in the room type we have booked. Therefore we have to buy water in order not to bother the staff.
Staff have not mentioned anything about city tax since we have arrived. But after 2 nights of stay, the staff asked us to pay city tax immediately while we are rush to catch our train to another town in an inappropriate manners. There are many more situations while we stay here.
This is such a disappointed and bad experience for my first time in France.

Very friendly and pleasant staff, good location, close to the centre. Breakfast could be better, kind of a limited choice, but otherwise fine.

The hotel is located within a quiet neighbourhood but only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. The breakfast was nice but could have had a bit more variety in my opinion.

We stayed for one night on our drive back to Barcelona. The hotel was serviceable and was good for a one night stay. The location (Montpellier Center) is a little misleading. It was a bit of a drive from Place Polygone/Comedy Square. It in a quiet residential neighborhood with little activity. I would recommend this hotel if you are not able to find a spot closer to the center ville.

Staff was more friendly and helpful than other 3-4 star places. Perhaps it was low traffic weekend, there was plenty of parking. Located in a residential area, the hotel is quiet.
With the discount that week, the price was low. The room and the bathroom were spacious. The desk had coffee in room. The safe was useful but the area appeared to be quite safe.
This hotel was much better than expected.

For a 3 star hotel, this place is just an amazing stop in Montpellier. Quiet, plenty of parking, great staff and great open hours, excellent location for any thing in town either in "new " and "old" town. Spacious room and bathroom and coffee facility in the room
Highly recommend this place.
Highly recommend this place.

This is a nice hotel with an excellent location. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and great coffee. The pillows, however were flat and uncomfortable, which made for a rough nights sleep.

Kind and Caring Stagg
The staff was kind and caring, front desk to housekeeping. We are English speaking and they are mostly French speaking but brought all their English to the table to welcome us, answer questions and help us learn to get around in Montpellier. Highly recommend this quaint and comfortable hotel.
