Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. There was a lot of noise very late into the night. People yelling in the hallways and slamming doors. I paid for a towel that I never got because there was no one at the front desk. The television didn’t work, the heater didn’t either and because of that I couldn’t sleep at all. Even with a blanket on, it was way too cold. I wouldn’t go there again if it was free.

I am replying to your dishonest response under the original review. I am adding a screenshot of the payment for the towel you said wasn’t in your system. Your dishonesty is just as unsatisfying as the stay in your hotel.

A very disappointing experience. At late hours of the night, continuous noise from children running and crying, doors opening and slamming, and adults talking loudly in the corridors made rest impossible. There was no staff or management present to address the situation. Overall, the atmosphere was disrespectful. I would advise choosing a different place to stay.

Terrible place, cheap but not worth the price anyway.
They attempt to coerce to leave favorable Google reviews.
The single hostess there explained that she will get sacked if she cannot have enough people leave positive Google reviews mentioning her. Despicable if true and scummy either way.
Edit: establishment responded to this review, trying to reject the fault on me for some reason and imply I was banned. Not taking accountability and addressing the points I made peaks volume on how they do business.

Horrible lady who dont speak and reject to speak English. She is totally not accesible and she dont try to listen polite and is smoking and walking with her dog outside. Hotel is very very noicy. Inpossible to sleep after 7 in te morning.

genuinely the worst night ever , room dirty , bed clean , killed 5 moisquittos in each room, hand basin in room but no towel or soap, asked at reception, apparently 3euros for a towel but they had run out , the communal toilets dont have a wash basin !! that isnt the worse bit , we had 2 rooms, my wife and 16yo daughter , shared 1 room and me and my 20yo son next door, about an hour into my sleep my daughter rang me to say someone ones trying to get into their room , went outsinde and so 40 ish tall man was standing outside their room , he saw me and shuffled off to the toilets ,so i swapped rooms , the next day ( so i didnt knock him out ) she told me he followed her when she went to the toilet with his hands down his pants ( pants and t shirt was all he was wearing ) he saw her go in the room ,knocked on the door and tried the pass code but persisted for 5 mins ( then i got the call) so you can imagine very little sleep , the reason we didnt move on is because we were shattered from the drive from bordeaux , after a bit of digging it seems this hotel could have a reputation for this sort of behavior. Have used accor hotels for ages for business , promise will never use again , thought accor was a safe place with a minimum standard, but obviously not

This is a lovely ibis, with fully refurbished bedrooms with access to air conditioning. The staff were friendly. However, communication could have been better. On one of the days we stayed, the restaurant was closed, but there was no notice to show this; apart from this, it was a great place to stay, and we enjoyed the three days we visited.

Six of us stayed here before and after a penichette cruise. It’s standard Ibis, at least adequate, although the ground floor corridor is dark, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a tram stop a couple of minute’s walk away, from where all parts of the city can be reached. Breakfast was very good, apart from the hot water not being up to making British tea. The bar is nice, but we found the food rather disappointing the first night, my dish was far too salty, a poor choice perhaps. We ate out thereafter. The restaurant is shut on Mondays, and apart from L’Erreur there are only takeaways within walking distance. The public area at the front has desks with electricity points, which we found very useful while waiting before and after check-in. What really gives the place an advantage is how friendly and helpful the staff are, speaking good English: they printed out our boarding passes, summoned a taxi, suggested we have our rooms after checkout time until it arrived, etcetera.

The room was super noisy, lots of doors banging in the morning, and I guess everybody in the rooms above me was wearing stiletto heals on the wooden floors in the early morning hours! Impossible to have a late relaxing morning. The staff was super friendly, with one exception: With my loyalty card I am being offered a free drink. I ordered a beer and the bar tender was about to pour it, when his supervisor barged in and she said "if he doesn't pay he only gets a small one !" How pathetic is that ? Breakfast was ok and the bed, as always in Ibis, super comfortable.

It's very remotely located, a car is a must to visit city centre as public transportation is not well connected. The hotel lacks basic amenities and the rooms aren't that good too. You don't even get a hot water kettle or hair dryer or anything. Breakfast is really basic too with a croissant and coffee. No fruits or eggs or anything.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good amenities in the room and common areas. The only bad thing is the parking spot that you have to walk all the way around to get to. Taking the metro is easy enough to go downtown and the station is nearby.
