Enjoy breakfast, value for money. Housekeeping is good clean properly. Furniture, carpet and shower curtains look well used. Reception not particularly welcoming but not unfriendly, can do with a smile.

This is by far the best overseas hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything feels newly updated and modern. So clean — truly spotless! The restrooms especially were immaculate, which left me genuinely impressed. A wonderful stay from start to finish!

It s not the best location so far. No welcome staff for check in, no hairdryer, the shrink was falling down. Location is unsecure even there is a door to close the parking from the street.

We stayed here for one night with our baby and thankfully the bad reviews were not true in our case. The room was very clean and everything else was of a good quality as one expects from these hotels.

We had booked with Agoda for 2 nights stay at B&B Nimes and paid in full. But when we arrived in the evening of 30Apr2025, the reception insisted that payment to Agoda is only for booking guarantee purpose and we need to pay on the spot to B&B the prevailing rates in full. Imagine having to pay again and at larger amount. When we tried to explain, the reception refused to accept (maybe she could not understand English well) and showed her impatience by twisting her mouth. We could not reach Agoda at that time to get help to resolve, so we paid again to B&B Nimes to check in as we were really tired. Reception service is really bad at that moment. Had also booked with Agoda for 2 nights stay at B&B Paris a week later and paid in full. Upon check in, B&B Paris accepted our booking and payment to Agoda and reception services was top notch, and totally unlike what we faced at B&B Nîmes. Not sure why the big difference at different B&B sites.

Rooms very clean. However, very battered (smashed edges on bathroom doors, clear evidence on room door of somebody trying to break in), and an occasional smell of faeces (due to, according to the receptionist, the pipes). Rest of hotel very clean. Good breakfast, except for soggy croissants/pains au chocolat. Good carpark (3 spots in shade). NOTE: You cannot get into the carpark between 11.30 and 14h, when the check-in machine at the gate starts working (unless checked in from previous day). No reception between 11.30 and 17.30 or overnight.

Very positive experience. Nice welcome with plenty of parking. Rooms were really spacious and clean and slightly better than other chain hotels. Breakfast looked really good even though we didn’t use but good selection and nice restaurant. Restaurants close by and I would definitely use again and would recommend.

Provided in the room. I don't know where it came from. The sheets weren't very clean. The reception wasn't very welcoming, very firm and with a cold look.
