The staff are friendly and nice people
If you love taking shower with hot water, it will be a minor point, I was waiting 5 mins until they coming (3rd floor)
We stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend during our visit to Marseille, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The room was spotlessly clean, and the hotel facilities were also top-notch. The breakfast was really nice for the price.
However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the service provided by the hotel staff, especially the two young men at the reception during the morning and afternoon shifts.
Both were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and addressing all our needs with a smile. Thanks to them, our experience in Marseille was truly special.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the dedication and excellent service of its team.
I would like to complain about the condition of the hotel and the room.
The room was in an unacceptable condition and did not correspond to the booked hotel category!
The bedroom and especially the bathroom smelled extremely of sewage, so you could hardly breathe.
The air conditioner didn't work and it spilled a blue liquid down the wall.
The shower stall was also very moldy. The entire room was not clean and some of the floorboards had broken off.
The hallway was in a bad, unkempt condition. The floor was dirty and the room doors were smeared and painted.
The hotel is a disaster and should be demolished immediately!
