Check in was fantastic! Young lady working was friendly and helpful , providing lots of information and very cheerful. Place was clean. Towels in room were not. Used and hanging in bathroom. Although we couldn’t get a clean one until much later (reception told us he’s too busy and only one working) we did get another towel and things were great. Continental breakfast wasn’t used…. Alittle pricey for a small continental breakfast (9,50 euro) but the guy working was really nice.

It was great, breakfast was superb except same food for the three days of stay but there needs some mixture. Staff is welcoming and friendly and interaction superb. I enjoyed my stay.

Positives:
Kind staff, 2 story parking garage, relatively good location (debatable but I personally didn't have a problem with the neighbourhood plus there's a mall nearby), quick check-in.
Negatives:
The hygiene needs a lot of improvement! Upon arrival I noticed small orange-ish spots in the shower and a small piece of hair which threw me off completely. A lot of things you'd expect from a hotel such as air conditioning, variety of towels, hairdryers are missing. The rooms are very small and my sheets had a strong, strange vinegar-like smell that made laying in bed uncomfortable.
Overall it's alright for a one-night stay but it needs a lot of improvements. :(

Quite basici hotel and it could use some Love and tenderness. Rooms simple but clean and when a descent bed. Also like that you can open a window. Convenient that it has its own parking garage underneath the hotel. Breakfast basic as well. All staff very friendly.

The hotel is very basic, nothing special. Cleaning is good.
Pros: The staff is very friendly, and compared to other hotels in France, we left the best impression possible.
Cons:
1. The pillows are uncomfortable and high, making my neck hurt.
2. The shower leaks a little, with cracks in the walls and ceiling in places. The windows could do with a good cleaning.
3. The hotel is no-smoking, but unfortunately, some guests smoke, and the ventilation system lets a terrible smell into the bathroom.
The breakfast is very basic. It would be better to have just boiled eggs, not this omelet-like mess.

The first welcome was very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in, unfortunately there was a smell of humidity in the corridors. The room and bathroom were clean but a little more care was needed because there were hairs on the floor. The breakfast is not bad, a classic hotel breakfast, a complete F/P hotel, the location is good, there is a hospital next to it, a tram is 5 minutes away, you can go to the main train station in 15 minutes by walking. There is no hair dryer in the rooms, you have to request it from the reception, there is a vending machine downstairs from the reception for an iron member (paid), there is a market nearby

The hotel is not far from the port. From the airport the bus dropped us off 1 km from the hotel and at night it is better to avoid walking in that area. Better to use a taxi. The reception is always open, even if you have already paid the entire bill before your trip, at check in they will still ask you to register your card.
My room was on the first floor, the door opens with a code.
Spacious, airy with a nice and large window, equipped with a TV, there is no mini fridge, several correct sockets and also USB. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. The bathroom with a fairly large shower.
The only thing they left us was just two shower towels and nothing more. Usually they leave more towels. Also there was no hairdryer (absurd and never happened in any hotel). To have it you have to ask at reception, leaving a €20 deposit or your passport.
The sweet and savory breakfast is served in a room. For savory you will find: sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs (these were not the best), for sweet: cereals, yogurt, brioches, bread, with jams. Find several coffee machines.
