The service at reception was very good and professional. The restaurant staff were extremely kind and helpful - very kind staff throughout the hotel, the restaurant excelled. Fantastic hotel location to explore Perpignan.

The mattress was good. The room was large. Although there was a light strange smell. It seems to be an old building that was recently renovated. The location is okay although it is a bit far from the station. But it's near to the old town center. It faces the main street so some traffic can be heard through the window.

★★☆☆☆ – Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately, the welcome at the Mercure Perpignan was less than friendly, which set the tone for the stay. The car park is extremely tight — getting in and out is a real challenge for anything larger than a small car. Our room (500) was also not cleaned to a good standard, which was disappointing for a hotel of this brand. Overall, not up to the usual Mercure standards.

Close to palais de congres. Many bus lines pass by main street. Easy to go anywhere in perpignan.

The noise was incredibly loud, a constant rumbling that made it impossible to sleep. I marked it as four stars, thinking it was a four-star hotel, but it turned out to be about three stars, roughly equivalent to a budget hotel like Home Inn. Very bad.

We made a last minute booking after the fires in Aude meant we needed a new place to stay. We were greeted warmly and with great care and speed we were given two comfortable rooms. The front desk staff were super-helpful. The hotel is quiet and clean and centrally located near the old town and all amenities. Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly be back for a longer stay on our next visit to the region! Many thanks!

Everything is very outdated and smells funny. I lay in bed like a corpse, I didn't move either left or right. Breakfast for almost 12 euros is a real joke
