Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson in Toulouse

Excellent location in the centre of Toulouse and a very good room size with impressive sound insulation. The amenities were generally good, and I appreciated the free minibar. However, for a four-star hotel, the use of paper cups in the room felt out of place. Cleanliness needs improvement, especially the room carpet and the corridors. Breakfast was mediocre, with missing cutlery and tables not being cleaned for long periods. Although the hotel claims to be family friendly, it did not feel particularly suited for families, even if a kids’ zone is available. A prior request for a birthday cake could not be accommodated. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again for a family stay, but I would recommend it for a business trip due to the excellent location and quiet rooms.

Great location, spacious rooms ... but the A/C did not work well on a hot late-Spring weekend. It was warm ... but not as warm as it gets in the Summer in Toulouse so the system should be equipped to handle those temperatures. Other than that, a recommend this hotel.
