An excellent good value clean hotel in a very convenient location right opposite the train station. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. There was a lift to all floors. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it but I would certainly be happy to stay here again when I am next in Toulouse.

In a word: RUN AWAY. This hotel is THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are dirty (full of dust, damaged furniture and hairs on the sheets and towels), and extremely poorly insulated (you can hear the neighbors and the cleaning ladies who come to vacuum early in the morning). Add to that the noise of running water (as if someone was taking a shower in the bathroom) all day and all night, I had to buy earplugs to be able to fall asleep. I spent the 3 least restful nights of my life there, and where I did not feel safe. They have redone the lobby to give a good impression but the upper floors have been completely neglected, do not be fooled. The Ibis hotel right next door offers rooms at the same price and is much better! In addition, one wonders if some of the guests are homeless or drugged, hence the feeling of insecurity. Luckily the lady at reception is very nice.

Very small rooms. But the staff was friendly. It is also conveniently located across the street from the train station. The reasonable price is good for an unexpected delay in Toulouse

Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Was recently refurbished. The rooms are decent side and 2 times double glazed for a quiet night. I stayed a good while in this hotel, waiting to find a place. The staff and the manager are amazing, kind, caring and very professional. I recommend this place to all who need a hotel in Toulouse.

Nice hotel, good price, clean, had good aircon which was a god send considering it was over 30 degrees. Only thing I had an issue with is you have to leave your room key at reception everytime you go out which is a bit annoying but there was always someone on reception. Staff were friendly too. Better than the Ibis hotel down the road.

Great service, not the best room but it served its purpose for our weekend getaway. Only a 10m walk to central and a 15m taco journey to th airport, this place is cheap and ideal for those with a small budget who need a place to sleep.

Clean, and the service is great. There is Toulouse Velo bike rental service just in front of the hotel, quite convinient for one day city trip.
