Terrible, the website photos don’t reflect what you get!
The location is perfect and that’s the only positive thing.
The hotel is very out dated, the mould smell on the corridors is horrible.
The rooms are far from being good, the bed is not comfortable, the curtains were broken some lamps didn’t work, there’s a lot of light from the corridor through the door which has broken bits on the bottom and also from the broken curtains, the shower head was the smallest I ever seen in a hotel with the smallest amount of water coming from it.
I made my complaints to the receptionist which said it is normal to get some outside lights in the rooms and that he would pass my complaint to the management, despite he has not taken any notes…
I will never again stay at this hotel until some very good refurbishments have been made.

Hotel is very well located right in the place du capitol. Rooms are a little aging but overall good

It was such a great hotel, right in the centre of Toulouse and about 15mins walk to Gare Toulouse. The staff were so courteous, professional and friendly. We were grateful that we were able to check in earlier than the check in time, as we arrived quite early .
Breakfast was good as well.
Bed was comfortable and we had booked premium room, so there was space for us to work from our laptop as well. Overall we highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Toulouse. 🥰

Very good hotel with perfect location

The room was ok and the location was great. Parking is available in the underground parking lot at the entrance square. You can pay the parking fee of 15 euros at the hotel front desk with your parking ticket. Then they will give you another ticket. You can scan the two parking tickets at the parking lot and leave.

The hotel is great, the location is superb, downstairs is the municipal square, other attractions can also be reached on foot, there are many restaurants downstairs, no worries about dinner, breakfast has a wide variety, the quality is very good!

Was probably top of the line in the 70‘s or whenever they last did their decoration. Great location.

The hotel is located smack in the middle of the city, very convenient if you're interested in exploring Toulouse City. Driving in and out of the hotel takes a little effort
