One of the worst nights of sleep.
People shouting in the room, arguing in the middle of the night. An alarm in the stairs wakes up all the flor. Still is in the middle of the city.
Don't recomend staying here.

The room was very cold. You feel ok only under the blanket wearing a long sleeve and trousers. There was no toilet paper in my room, but after asking the receptionist they gave it to me. There’s no tea pot in the room and no fridge. At the beginning the receptionist asked me to pay for the stay although I already paid while booking. So be careful.
Overall okay, but next time I’d choose another accommodation

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who like quiet time in room. Walls are literally made of cardboard so you can hear anything and room doesn’t look like on pics. If I was 18y old student who like to party and looking for budget to stay is ok.

The human quality of your team is regrettable. And looking at their response comments to users, they show a great lack of professionalism. When you work in front of the public and you make a mistake, or it is not done very correctly, you accept it and apologize, you do not go into personal disqualifications, this denotes a great lack of professionalism.

Location was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

Hôtel Royal Wilson is exceptional in every way! I chose to stay in the dormitory and it was lovely. Safe & very clean with privacy curtain, bed lamp, chargers, and comfortable bed & pillow. What sets HRW apart however, is the incredibly helpful staff, Nadine especially, who went above and beyond to assist me with transportation problems and other friendly tips! I recommend it most highly!

Great location and confortable bed.

Small hotel very well located for discovering the city, with young and welcoming staff. However, the room had a dirty appearance due to stains on the carpet. Clean appearance but good for its category. Possibility of parking your bike inside

This is truly an (only) 2 star place. When we saw the room, we walk straight out and went somewhere else. Everything is old and very very basic. There is nothing ‘charming’ to it. It’s simply a ‘you get what you pay for’ place except it’s too expensive for that

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
