The hotel is in a beautiful location. Clean, the staff is friendly, and there's on-site parking. It's just over a 5-minute walk from the city center.

A magnificent building, ideal location, private parking. A nice, clean room. A full buffet breakfast with excellent products. Excellent hospitality and attentive staff. Special mention goes to Julien at reception, who will accompany you on sightseeing tours. In short, a very pleasant stop in the heart of historic Albi.

Loved our stay at this hotel. First, the location, right on the River Tarne, with walking distance to the town centre and the magnificent Ste Cecile Cathedral. Very scenic location, and loved listening to the river. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was copious, lots of choices with varieties of Nespresso coffees available. Bonus that we didn’t have to pay for parking either, maybe because it was off season. We really loved the stay and will probably come back to stay again.

A sleeper in Albi
Great location. Right on the river with a short 10 minute walk to the old town and cathedral area. Parking on site for 10 euros per night. Room very clean and quiet.

Lovely hotel, clean and well equipped. We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the river with noiseless air conditioning! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The property is in an amazing location overlooking the river and where along with two bridges.
As an old building itself the whole visit to the hotel was steeped in history.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely call again in the future.

As another review mentions I got to meet the amazing Katia at breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. I was astonished to see her attention to detail clearing tables and ensuring everyone had enough food. Without Katia breakfast would have been a complete disaster but Katia was so efficient and quick at turning tables it made all the difference. A huge credit to her please.

What fantastic recent improvements the whole team should be very proud.
The Ibis in Beziers could do with a hand from this team with their refurbishment as they are running behind. The fact of how quickly it is being done here in Albi is a great example and I would say a flagship.
You all deserve a pat on the back.
