The door was locked when we got there. We called and rang the buzzer multiple times. We saw that a staff member come out who had to contact the manager to come meet at the hotel. The manager let us in, gave me a key and left without taking any information. This felt more like a hostel than a hotel. We got to the room and there was a strange smell that my wife was not comfortable with. Since the manager was now gone, there was no one to contact. We walked out and went to another hotel. It took my travel agent several hours to reach and try to cancel. When they did, the hotel refused to refund. Very sketchy place. The manager said he had tried to contact me through email which I never received.

Hotel Croix Baragnon is a lovely place for your stay in Toulouse. I was in a single, which had ample space both in the sleeping area and bathroom. All was very simple and classic, just as the pictures on their website indicate. The room, as well as the entire establishment, was clean and very well maintained. The location could not be better. Located on a quiet street off of a main street and near many restaurants and public squares. It is also near two metro stations. The owner is delightful and fortunately for me, spoke very good english. Highly recommend it and I will stay here again!

The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean and the service was excellent. The receptionist, Xavier, was very helpful. He let us store our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. He also pointed out the city's sights and recommended a wonderful restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Appartements repurposed into hotel. Noisy street (you can hear folks until 2am). Pillows are meh. Breakfast (€10) is not worth it at all as you get a piece of bread, one croissant, one glass of cheap juice and very basic espresso coffee (not even hot milk). I won't come back, especially for more than €100/night.

Great stay. Unusual setup but had everything we needed, including air conditioning, right in the center of the city - for a great price. They also have discounted parking at a nearby underground lot for probably slightly more than half price - $18 vs $30+. Recommended.

Very friendly and helpful place with a location that is perfect. The room was large and then bed the most comfortable of our trip. Parking is a little complicated, but they front desk was very helpful and proactive in helping us manage it & their discount.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Our room (2 beds with bath) felt comfortable. The bathroom was adequate with a shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water if a bit on the small side. The ac worked great giving us comfort from the hot Toulouse afternoon. There was no lift so we were glad to inly have to lug our bags up 1 flight of steps. In the morning and evening we enjoyed the attached balcony sitting area shared with the others in the hotel.

Nice little hotel that is centrally located. Rooms are simple, clean and have working air conditioning. Staff helpful and happy to look after bags before/after the stay.
A minor note is that the hotel can only be accessed up a fairly narrow stairway which could be a problem for anyone with large or heavy bags or mobility issues.

Simple, clean room with excellent AC which was exactly what was needed in the 40C heat. Staff were attentive but not intrusive making for a very relaxed atmosphere. Hotel is in a great location for access to all things in the centre of the city
