The is a lovely property by the river in Toulouse. It’s not right in the heart of the city but worth it! The staff are exceptional. Our front desk receptionist, Olivier, was terrific! He booked trains and restaurant reservations for us and did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very modern yet the building was old and historical.

I was initially assigned to the 6th floor, then moved to the 5th. There's no elevator, so climbing the stairs was exhausting. The front desk area is only one square meter, but the receptionist was nice and provided good service. The room is small, but the bathroom is nice. We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy.

Hotel Opinion. I don’t know your clientele, but most foreign hotels I stay at have some TV channels in English. I think you need to boost the technology in the room. Perhaps USB ports for phone charge. I had trouble with WiFi all week and had to shut it off. When it gave me access, I couldn’t download anything. I have unlimited data with AT&T but I imagine some people don’t.

It is about a 15 minutes drive out of the downtown area but the place is super clean, breakfast is included and you could taste the freshness. This is a lovely and historic hotel. It shows it's age but that's part of the charm. The original lift (elevator) from 1930 is a so unique and a snapshot to the past. The guest book in the rooms shows attention to detail. Staff super helpful and considerate. Great location!

Most of the staff were very lovely and helpful. There was a rather surly female staff in the afternoon/evenings who was not very helpful,but c’est la vie. Also, the sleeping pillows were very hard, like lying on a rock. Otherwise the room and the hotel were beautiful and clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Only real complaint was the noise overnight (we slept with our windows open) cooing from the street cleaning, garbage removal etc. It would be nice if the room was equipped with more electrical outlets for charging devices etc.

I stayed here for one night.The room was small but for a solo traveler it suited my needs. Clean, comfortable, and the location next to the train station was perfect. I normally don’t eat breakfast but if you want you can pay for 15 euro. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station in Toulouse. It's located in the Capitol, the busiest part of the city, but it's a relatively good value. It's clean (by French standards). I recommend it.

Very well-located hotel near the train station and the Capitol. Large, renovated room, comfortable, clean bed, air-conditioned room. The only downside is that the room is on the ground floor and overlooks the street, but the value for money is excellent. The decor lacks a local touch: frames with photos or paintings or artists from Toulouse would add a plus to this room.

What a pleasant stay! Albert1er is practically a stone's throw from the capitole, Toulouse's center, yet on a safe little side street which keeps the noise and traffic down. Lobby is inviting, staff is welcoming. The room is a bit of a squeeze, but the bed was clean and comfortable.
