The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

Had a 1 night stay in a twin room. The room was a reasonable size and the beds were comfortable. The curtains were threadbare and the room smelled a little stale, but for the price and location it was still worth the stay.

The hotel is conveniently close to the bus and train station. It is very compact and even though it was a single room, I did not feel it being small. Coffee machine is a plus. AC was working quite well and amenities are enough.

This hotel is perfect for summer because it has air conditioning. This is very convenient in the European interior. The bedding is comfortable, but there is no parking. Even parking is not convenient for dropping off passengers.

Very convenient. The hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our only complaint was the incredible noise from the traffic and people screeching on the street below. It went on until 2.30am! Despite being on the fifth floor it kept us awake. This hotel is in a perfect location for Hugo Market and the City Center.. The parking is only by request! Make sure you specify in your reservation. The Metro and bus are very nearby. I don’t recommend having a car, Indigo garage parking is €22 a day. Very quiet neighborhood and you can hear the church bells.

It's a budget hotel, but very comfortable. We only stayed 1 night after a flight cancellation, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean.

Good price/quality relation. Rooms are ok, breakfast is good and it’s easy to park. It’s 15 minutes away (driving) from Toulouse city centre and reception is not open 24 hours but they give you options for check in at any time .

The hotel was clean and located perfectly for our needs. The main issue was the toilet location, you had to sit nearly side ways to fit on the toilet…it was not good or comfortable.

An excellent good value clean hotel in a very convenient location right opposite the train station. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. There was a lift to all floors. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it but I would certainly be happy to stay here again when I am next in Toulouse.

Nice hotel, good price, clean, had good aircon which was a god send considering it was over 30 degrees. Only thing I had an issue with is you have to leave your room key at reception everytime you go out which is a bit annoying but there was always someone on reception. Staff were friendly too. Better than the Ibis hotel down the road.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay at l'Hôtel Ours Blanc. My room was spacious, though I believe some rooms are smaller. The carpet (especially on the stairs) has seen better days, but everything was clean, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good value, and the staff very friendly.
