Enjoyed staying here. Reception staff were welcoming and always helpful. Great location. Room was pretty basic but had all you need.

For the money excellent. Simple rooms, warm with en suite and balcony small but fine for a city break when exploring and doing something else but being in hotel. Great staff easy on line booking but be aware of price differences for different platforms. 24 hour reception, concierge for bag drop off. Very good central location easy access from train station. Recommended.

So not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but very cheap. Excellent location for central Toulouse. The foyer is deceptively spacious and new. The room we were in was very tired. Tiny room. Insignificant pillow. Had to ask for towels. No shampoo. No room safe. Internal room overlooking a courtyard. No door for the toilet. And the modesty curtain was very thin. It was fine as we were out a lot but...

Good place to stay, close to all amenities, city center. Having breakfast here is highly recommended. Rooms are small but convenient. Isolation can be improved.

Just finished my stay in hotel Le Capitole in lovely city of Toulouse. Hotel is pretty nice, very kind receptionists, good breakfast and of course hotel rooms. I can only recomend!

The owner was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and lovely. The location was amazing with abundant public transportation, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We were only there for one night but would love to return again soon.

Secure parking a block down the street. Staff was super helpful and fantastic. Very close to metro easy walking distance to center. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Arrived after midnight, the reception was closed. You need to call the hotel so that they give you the instructions to enter and redeem your keycard. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. Noticed some dark traces in the shower though.

The hotel is nice and well located, right in the city center. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Its central location makes it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

The apartment is in a good location, right by the river. There is a parking lot nearby for convenient parking. The front desk service hours are not always available, which is a bit inconvenient. The room is large, the facilities are relatively old, and there is a very small TV.

Comfy beds and the shower and bathroom was great staff on checking in was lovely and when I noticed there was no hair dryer I was given one from behind reception - otherwise was quite a small room - would go back again as was in a good location with metro bus transfer from the airport and also near the market

It was within walking distance from the station and was very accessible. However, there is no elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases, I recommend you avoid it.

We stayed there longer than expected because of the Air Canada strike. The staff were great and accommodating. The room was clean and attractive. The location is perfect. We did not use the restaurant but it looked fine.

What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on a quiet street that is a short walk to city center. It’s a bit longer to the train station but my husband and I( 70+years) easily walked it twice with multiple wheeled luggage. We would highly recommend this sweet temporary home.

The room was very cold. You feel ok only under the blanket wearing a long sleeve and trousers. There was no toilet paper in my room, but after asking the receptionist they gave it to me. There’s no tea pot in the room and no fridge. At the beginning the receptionist asked me to pay for the stay although I already paid while booking. So be careful. Overall okay, but next time I’d choose another accommodation

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who like quiet time in room. Walls are literally made of cardboard so you can hear anything and room doesn’t look like on pics. If I was 18y old student who like to party and looking for budget to stay is ok.

Hôtel Royal Wilson is exceptional in every way! I chose to stay in the dormitory and it was lovely. Safe & very clean with privacy curtain, bed lamp, chargers, and comfortable bed & pillow. What sets HRW apart however, is the incredibly helpful staff, Nadine especially, who went above and beyond to assist me with transportation problems and other friendly tips! I recommend it most highly!

Great location and confortable bed.

Although the basic satisfaction level was high, the water flow in the sink was poor, so I asked for it to be repaired, but as it was in the evening, the repair was done the next day, and I had to eat dinner in that state.

Fantastic: very clean and with a nice terrace for lunch and breakfast; the smell of tobacco and smoke rose up in the air. The elevators are impossible to take, and planes fly by, so you can high-five your passengers. Great for a stopover on the way to your destination. We'll be back.

The hotel is small but tidy, with aldi and bus/velo stop right downstairs. The swimming pool is also nice for a small hotel. Their table is a bit small, but everything else is fine.

Beautiful room and good location, even after arriving during the night with help of kiosk it was very easy to check in and the next day, very kindly they kept my luggages while i visited the city. Highly recommended.

We needed a cheap stopover for a couple of nights to attend a rugby match and this was ideal. It was a good experience in general. After 7 hours of traveling time it was a little tough to wait for the lady who was on the phone with a colleague for 10 minutes while we wait in front of her. We were given a room with an awful smell but we're changed to another when requested.

Quiet overnight stay. Very warm welcome: the staff is friendly and attentive to our requests. The room is clean and well-appointed. Very comfortable bedding. The breakfast is varied with quality products and a lovely person to welcome us. We will come back with pleasure.

Well located just outside the busy area. Rooms were nice size even for bigger bags. The staff was very nice and accommodating letting us have breakfast when we turned up at 8am of checkin. Great location and lovely staff. We found the room we booked very narrow and just not comfy for a stay of a few days. Paid extra and moved to a larger suite that was good. Do note 60 euros for early check in we’ve never paid before.

The hotel is too far from the city center, so the price for a single room should not be above €40–50. I didn’t see anyone at the reception, neither when I arrived in the evening nor when I left the next morning.

Found this hotel nearby, being tired and in need of an improvised overnight stay. It was a breeze to get my room online, reach the hotel's door, print my ticket with room and access code. However, was stressed for 5 minutes straight before realizing that access is granted by the atm-like machine besides the entrance (no reception staff, and no instructions on the reservation mail; no one answering...

Had to use the machine to pick the room when we arrived. You need a working credit card otherwise you will be in trouble. Using the machine when you are tired after a long trip is not a good idea. Luckily the lady carding the garage door helped us.

The only problems I found are : - Noisy drunk client all night (the B&B hotel employee did their best, but still, I slept very bad) - Poor isolation of the rooms, you can ear everything that happens outside your room. - The very small space between the toilet seat and the wall in front of it. (I'm 1,90m...and it was unconfortable)

Great location . Walking distance to beautiful Toulouse city centre. Parking is Eur18 per day instead of eur15 as posted on trip.com. Need to reserve parking in advanced as limited spaces available.

They stored our bags for us when we had a late departure and continued our exploring.

Overall it’s very good value of money, with fantastic location and friendly staff. The two only issues are: 1) rooms will not be cleaned everyday if you live longer; 2) Wi-Fi on top floor is poorly connected. Probably will look for other options when travelling to Toulouse next time, but definitely not a bad choice.

The hotel fell short on the online check in system. This process needs to be reviewed, it was below satisfactory, there was no benefit to me taking time out of my day in advance of arrival to check in, the failure on the part of the system caused me undue stress after a long hot day travelling in an area of the city unknown to me. Hotel was only a 15min drive from the airport and was equally accessible from the city centre by bus or uber. Rooms were basic but clean and tidy just as I expect from the brand. I'll continue to use B&B hotels but would consider the city centre option next time I visit Toulouse.

Lovely staff, tidy rooms. Housekeeping was good, and there was no noise from other hotel occupants. The hotel is in the flight path of the airport, and the planes can be quite loud, but this is no problem, as the windows keep the sound out very well. We ended up not making use of the optional breakfast. The hotel has no full kitchen, so it doesn't compete against the boulangeries etc downtown. However...

We liked the distribution on tow levels. But the low level is too narrow. Very close to la Cité de l'Espace, we can go walking. Excellent wifi.

Very comfortable and well appointed in our family room, although some aspects were looking a bit tired (grill missing from vent in bathroom and some stains in the grout in the shower). Very busy place was at full occupancy when we were there, well done to the Femme de menage to turn around the rooms so quickly and well!

Everything was so fine and I enjoyed the facilities provided. Better if you could have provided a cup and a saucer to each room instead of the disposable cups which would support to reduce the plastic usage. Your hotel management and customer service were up to a very much higher level and I appreciate it.

Rooms are nice and clean, digital keys make every thing easy. Breakfast is fine cereal, bread, crosants, yogurt, coffee tea, milk juice, gets the job done. Convenient to bus. 30 minutes to downtown, but next to cite l'espace. All in all a reasonable place to stay.
