What a wonderful stay we had. If you want a hotel that is quaint, charming, affordable and feels like a part of the city instead of a sterile chain hotel this is the place for you. I do need to mention there is no lift and if you can't do stairs this isn't the place for you. Also, no mini bar and no air con. An excellent stay at a good price. Very central location, the room was more than adequate and the staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful. At night the street was very quiet. I'd be very happy to return.

Great safe location. Very friendly gentleman at the reception desk. The room was great and clean. There is no elevator, so make sure you travel light. A great wine bar and Alsacian restaurant next door. Lots of shops and restaurants around. 20-30 minutes from the train station.

Came here by accident, cause on our way from apdh do Amsterdam couldn't find some 4 or 5 stars that we usually take in our travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English, French and even some German. The Hotel has a very nice location in the centre of the city. Since it is located in a busy street with many Restaurants and shops increased noise remains. This is not noticeable when the Windows are closed but too much. The rooms offer a nice ambience. I was really impressed with this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Gare de Metz-Ville (Metz Central Station), yet quiet, without any noise from the trains. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from Metz train station, which is very suitable for people traveling by train. The hotel is not far from the Pompidou Center, but it is far from the old town of Metz, which requires a 30-minute walk. The hotel room is not small, the decoration is simple and hygienic, and it is suitable for people on business trips or traveling alone.

Very nice staff, clean and convenient location. Unfortunately the internet did not work (its worked for me everywhere in Europe yet staff said its “my fault/issue”). Due to security and metered connection it is not suitable for remote work. If you are a remote worker book at your own risk!!!

Breakfast excellent, dinner only just adequate. Bedroom not great but clean. Lights switches for bedside lights were hidden! Had to move out two single beds to switch lighting on/off which was far from ideal. Very friendly staff but might not be booking again.

There were very dirty spots on the Floor and the toilet didn’t flush well

We stayed one night, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at a nearby Restaurant but had drinks outside on the patio back at the hotel. The young man was very helpful bringing us cushions and moving chairs for us. Breakfast was very good value for the price. Quiet nice area, plenty of trees and a little lake. Would visit again.

Very helpful staff and excellent value for money. Had a good quality meal there and the breakfast was superb, with plenty of variety. For the price, definitely find it hard to beat.
