Ibis Budget hotels usually leave a lot to be desired. At this hotel, I found a brunette with long hair at the front desk (sorry, I don't know her name) to be EXCEPTIONAL, kind, helpful, and smiling. The room was basic, clean, and excellent value. Close to the city center, a 10-minute walk. Paid street parking is available at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful.

I am so tired of Ikea-style-furnished, cookie cutter hotels, which in the end offer only minimum comfort Not enough furniture: nowhere to put my suitcase other than the floor, no comfortable chair, too small bedside planks (not even tables), not enough hooks for clothes since there was no closet, not enough outlets for charging and badly placed, view of a wall kitty-corner, lousy toiletries: mixed hair, face, skin = too dry, good for none, difficult - to-use lock on the door, lousy breakfast, mediocre personnel

There is no restaurant at the hotel. When I arrived, there was nobody at the desk, I had to wait for about 10 minutes before the receptionist came. She was kind and friendly. The room was clean, standard Ibis styles

Pleasant and helpful welcome. Good value for money. However, the mattress was as hard as concrete. The light switches at the head of the bed are not appropriate for this location. Ideal location, 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Ibis Budget style hotel, clean and welcoming. The girl who received us was very friendly and welcoming. She also spoke Italian. The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the center, about 15 minutes walk as well as being close to a cinema and restaurants.

The hotel is not too far from the city center, 10 minutes walking distance. It was easy for us to park the car near the hotel. Good breakfast, and good service.

The hotel is very conveniently located for those who go to Nancy by bus. Very helpful reception and the usual ibis Budget rooms for competitive prices. You might not be sleeping in the centre-ville, but Nancy is rather small and the hotel is ~10-15 minutes away on foot to Place Stanislas.

Location is good. Rooms are very badly designed. The toilet is super small and cheaply made. Also, the breakfast was very bad, we had a jambon and one type of cheese for breakfast! Unbelievable... I'll never go there again. Pay a bit more and go to another hotel.

Dont stay in 604/606
My room 604 was basically ok. But directly above on the roof is the outdoor air condition system, which was on all night long. It was unbearably loud in the room *everything* vibrated - sleep was out of the question. I complained locally but there was no other room available and the staff said the system would shut down after 10pm, which was definitely not the case.
