I spent 2 nights and everything was great. The room is spacious and feels clean from the moment you enter. The welcome was warm. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options, with fresh products. I highly recommend it, especially for business trips, it’s very comfortable and convenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

The staff at Ibis Styles Tours was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4 (teenage kids). 5 stars for the breakfast.

Dear Hotel Workers, as someone who has stayed at Accor Hotels in almost all of our European trips, I wanted to give you feedback. First of all, I would like to start with the good aspects. The beds and rooms were clean. The breakfast was very limited but we had enough. Now I will write the areas that are open to improvement. First of all, the first issue is that the hotel is old but since the drains are not cleaned, the sinks smell very bad when you turn on the water. First of all, the drains need to be cleaned. The employees are very weak in terms of communication. The employees at many other Accor hotels were more cheerful and helpful. The employees at the restaurant were also weak in terms of communication and service. In fact, if I have to give a small detail, a new service was opened for the table while we were sitting at the table. It is a different way of saying get up from the table. Please accept this information as constructive feedback to improve your quality. But still, thank you for your efforts.

Aircon was broken on a day when it was 35°C outside. Staff insisted the air con wasn’t broken, but the room was hotter than outside was at night (26°C+), with very high humidity. The air con unit was just acting as a fan, but not pointing at the beds, so useless.
The shower was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. A dribble which alternated between boiling hot and freezing cold. Not what you need after a sweaty hot night of very little sleep.
The above ground car park fills up fast. The below ground one is impossible to get into, we nearly bottomed out the car trying. Had to park on the street, which is in a very rough / dodgy looking area

It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center.
The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really.
Other than that the hotel has a nice restaurant and helpful staff.

This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.
