Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Conveniently located
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

Great location. Nice big bed and room but the A/C didn’t work very well so sleeping was tough.

Good
A great lobby, especially the high ceiling, pool and piano, and great location, near train station, huge city pool, park and restaurants. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Wonderful showers. One room though, was better than the other, yet they came at the same price. The better one had nice views and was spacious. The lesser one was smaller, had 1 window instead of 2, and had slanted beams that you had be aware of or risk hitting your head. Also, odd that there was 1 chair in the rooms instead of 2.

Perfect for expiring tours and Loire valley
Hotel was in perfect location. The room was good size. The hotel entrance smelled like someone was cooking fish (assuming it was the restaurant), but ring were excellent.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at, room was cozy, great breakfast, and the hotel is at a great location in Tours, being within walking distance from the train station and from the cathedral. Certainly will stay at this hotel again next time I'm in town.

We had a wonderful stay in a very well equipped Deluxe room. The staff were friendly and the hotel’s decor was lovely.

Had the pleasure to stay in Tours for a couple of days. The hotel room was clean and tidy and presentable with TV, Coffee machine, hairdryer, Air-conditioning, shower.
The English channels on the TV didn't work but I was not bothered by this as I there is WI-FI so watched things on a tablet.
The spar facilities are great and really help wunderkind down after a day out in toures.
The hotel is in a good central location which I very close to the train station.
A fair selection of foods for breakfast such as egg, bacon, sausage, cerial, fruit, cheese, ham, salmon, pastries.
