The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in recent years.
The front desk was not open when I arrived early in the morning, so I had to wait almost two hours in the cold outside. The Expedia didn’t say anything about the reception not being open…
On the second day, when I came back to the room, the bed was not made, new towels were not provided.
Oh, and the toilet in my room had a notice saying « it is broken. » , so I had to use the one outside my room…..

First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open.
When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room.
Third, when I got back on my second day, I found out that my room had not been serviced; no clean towels either !!!!!
When I called the manager for new towels, he just said « no time. Tomorrow morning »
When I checked out, I asked the manager (or whatever) why he had given me that room, and then, he only said « there was no choice »
I feel sorry for myself for choosing to stay at this hotel.
DO NOT STAY HERE !

Good balance between comfort and price.I really enjoyed the excellent spirit in this small hotel in which the owner is very sympathetic !

Hotel is good for value as its was cheap n room was also ok, receptionist have quite attitude though, if u want breakfast then book in advance cause u cant have in the morning if u there n ask for breakfast buffet 🤦🏻♂️,

Hotel worth considering for its location close to the centre, you can get around on foot. Comfortably sized room for three, unfortunately in the basement. They are not always at reception. Public paid parking

Excellent welcome from the receptionist who really has a sense of service and is efficient in his advice on visits. The family room is correct despite a price of *********** significantly higher than that announced at the entrance to the hotel. Price of breakfast high, so we preferred to eat in town. Good geographical location, close to the center and catering establishments but far enough away to park the vehicle without having to pay at the parking meter. You have to count on luck finding a place in the adjacent streets.

We loved the Trianon. Very central Hotel and Paul, the owner, was amazing, helping us with parking the car and visiting Tours. We will definitely stay again at this Hotel. Very good value for money :)

We were very well received in this family hotel. The room was quite large, clean and had everything you needed. Pleasant bathroom. Breakfast: well-stocked buffet. Helpful staff and very affordable price. Close to the city center.
