SoBlue Hotel in Antibes

Beware! Terrible Customer Service!!!
I wanted to book this hotel through this website, unfortunately the booking didn't get through, and when i tried re booking it, it didn't show any availability.
Hence i booked another hotel. When i checked my emails, i had a confirmation email from this hotel as well. I tried contacting the hotel at least 50 times within the first 15 to 20 minutes of the booking to clarify the situation. No one answered the phone. I sent a cancellation request via the website and also informed the website customer service within the first hour of the booking, who tried contacting the hotel as well but failed. After 3 days of deliberation for a booking which was over a week in future, the hotel rejected the cancellation and continued with the booking and now are asking for a review.
Unfortunately this is highly unprofessional and terrible customer service. It amounts to day light robbery, where customers are being taken advantage of this way, when they are charged for services not offered.
Requesting a review is adding insult to injury.
I hope the review acts as a reminder for the other members that this is the level of customer service offered by this establishment.

First of all there were boxes of pizzas all over the room. Floor in the bathroom is dirty and the showers are dirty (black spots). Rats all over the place. They gave us raw meat and after we returned it they did it again. When they gave us dessert one of them fell and the waiter grabbed it with a hand and served it.

I mean...They said they have a room with three beds, but really on of them is just a cheap portable fold out bedframe that's really flimsy and a thin mattress. Very uncomfortable and I don't recommend it. The only reason I'm here is because of a school trip, but really, if you say you have a room with three beds- put actual three beds in there.

It was all right but that’s it. Room took some time to get ready so we went to the water park behind the hotel, later we found out we were supposed to get tickets there for staying at the hotel but they just never gave us any and when we asked they couldn’t really redeem the tickets we already got so just a loss for us.
They’re supposed to give them out but perhaps they save a few bucks by skipping a guest or two so make sure to ask for them if you want to go.
Park wasn’t great though.
We ended up only spending one night.
