From reception to check-out the couple (Marine & Quentin) were fantastic hosts. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight. Room clean and comfortable. Thanks and recomend for all
Great little hotel. Loved it.
Really great little Hôtel who think about the little things. Service was excellent, wine bar was brilliant and their hotel app was really helpful.
A lovely little hotel situated between Juan les Pins and Antibes and a great base for exploring the area.Recently under new ownership, very helpful and friendly and fluent English speaker.Slightly closer walk to JLP but a pleasant stroll to Antibes Old Town in 20mins.Buses and Ubers easy too.Room was very pleasant, and represented good value.Continental breakfast could be organised on request.A charming...
We loved this hotel for its friendly, helpful owners! They made our stay extra special! The courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine from their bar! The location is perfect for exploring Antibes and the surrounding area! We really enjoyed our stay!
A cute, charming hotel full of character. Owners were so kind, grounds were stunning and well kept. We chose this hotel because it gave us the perfect walkable half way point to enjoy both Antibes and Juan Les Pins. We spent 4 days there. Area was very quiet (loved it) and very safe. The balcony was a beautiful touch! Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back
The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and attentive. They went out of their way to highlight places we might be interested in visiting on a map the second we arrived, all of which were excellent. The breakfast spread was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable, fully recommend this place. Again, the staff there made the stay memorable.

I stayed at Hôtel Eden - La Baigneuse for 5 days in July. The location is great, the hotel is very clean and has stylish rooms. But more importantly, the entire hotel staff is very sweet, kind, caring and helpful. I would especially like to thank Nadia and Ines (I hope I remembered their names correctly) for their kind, helpful and friendly approach. I hope to return again.
I was truly delighted with my stay at Hotel Eden - La Baigneuse.
The building has a beautiful façade, and inside, everything is impeccably maintained and cared for. The owner, Johanne, along with her team, were exceptionally kind and made sure my visit was nothing short of wonderful.
The hotel provides beach towels and parasols, which is a fantastic perk—it definitely lightens your luggage.

We had a short but really lovely stay in this a lot cute and comfortable hotel 🩷 I highly recommend it, plus Johanna was very kind and a lot helpful! Very clean room with great view on the sea, a lot of services and supplies. Comfortable bad and pillows, rest room very clean with great towels. You really feel yourself well come here and won't be disappointed. Thanks again. I & A
If you want to learn how people who love their job work, choose this hotel. Daily cleaning and towel change were perfect. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient with daily products and was great. Especially the lady who I think is the owner of the hotel was always smiling and kind. Thank you, I will come again.
Only amazing things to say about Hotel Eden! Firstly, the owner of the hotel is the kindest lady you'll ever meet. She happily flipped between speaking French and English with me (as I'm a beginner French speaker - but she was still very happy to practice with me). She gives wonderful recommendations, makes a delicious breakfast, and clearly cares a lot about her guests. The hotel is close to the...
I want to say that the ladies who run Hotel Eden are extremely helpful especially when you are in a pickle.
I will be looking forward to staying there very soon. Virginia

Waiter (young short man) at the breakfast buffet was like the tray police, super rude with us tourist (Explorica Travel Group) about not having a tray when serving ourselves. At least I know French and could defend myself but not the others.
Also it's hard to go up and down the stairs with luggage, they need a better entrance for travelers.
Excellent service by the reception employee samuel John . I was very impressed by his professionalism. He resolved all my issues starting from extra blanket and detailed instructions for all directions and ending but not limited to the cards I need to buy. It is so helpful taken hotel is not in downtown.I will definitely stay in this place again if standard of service is so high. Thank you.
Our two-day stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were truly fantastic and made sure we were never bored, while also taking care of all our wishes. Through their experience, they made our stay genuinely enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious; the only thing that could be slightly improved is the cleanliness in the restaurant, but overall it was still good.
The room we stayed in was spacious...
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was good enough, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good, but in peak times its a bit overloaded and you need to wait for refilling. I would like to highlight one of the receptionist, Zemzem who kindly helped me in a personal favor sending a postcard for me (since post offices were not open during the weekend). This attitude highly raised my satisfaction...
The hotel’s location is very close to Antibes. After spending time in Nice, we reached it with a very short drive. With its clean scent, all the necessary amenities for a short stay, and a helpful reception, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
The room was very clean, with space for three suitcases and breakfast included. It's about 20 minutes' drive from Nice Airport.

Hotel Cecil, is charming and very well located. We found the room to be comfortable, clean and cosy. Our hosts Valerie and Marcello could not be any more friendly and helpful. Location is excellent beside beach train station and restaurants. We highly recommend Hotel Cecil David and Patricia, Ireland.
The hotel itself isn't bad and it's clean, but for the services it offers, the price is truly disproportionate, considering it's nothing more than a B&B. We were able to use the hotel practically only for sleeping and having breakfast in the morning, which, incidentally, isn't included in the room rate and is quite expensive considering the poor quality of the buffet. There's no gluten-free breakfast...
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cecil. Many thanks to Valerie and Marcel.
Would definitely recommend.
Gem of a hotel, centrally placed in a quiet street and retaining its classic Juan style. Out hosts Valerie and Marcel were friendly, charming, professional and welcoming. Breakfast was fine and could be consumed indoors or on the terrace. We booked a more spacious double on the third floor and it was fine too, as was the free internet. Would recommend and if we return again next year will definitely...
Our stay at Hotel Cecil was great! Location was close to the beach and the train station so it was easy to get to local restaurants or other cities. The hotel is located in a street with a lot of restaurants and bars, if you like the party this is the correct place, if you like quietness this is not your hotel. It has good windows but even then you could hear the people outside. There is a restaurant at the bottom and I think this is the reason why my room was smelling like oil must of the time. Employees are friendly.
Good value for money, friendly staff, excellent location.
Perfect spot for a comfortable stay close to the beach, restaurants and the train. Loved it and will be back
We enjoyed our stay at hotel Elsa. Not the place to be if you need to have it totally quiet when you sleep. We specially enjoyed the location, close to the beach, restaurants and the train station.
Nice enough, central
Booked a standard room with balcony. It was pleasant enough but very small and balcony was eoasting and unusable due to aircon units situated close by. Staff were accommodating and nice enougand moved us to another room when they could. Very central but beware, you will need earplugs as there is a loud bar near by that plays music until about 3am.
Nice place, VERY nice placed!! Apartments more than a hotel.

This hotel is very pretty , set on the Cap D’Antibes in a residential area. The pool is just the right size and temperature, the rooms; all different some small and some big, some with pool views. The breakfast was good value at €19 per person. The pool bar had lovely snacks and reasonably priced drinks. The staff were all friendly and knowledgable , shout out to Irish Gary for getting us extra milk...
We enjoyed a lovely week in this pretty hotel. The staff were very welcoming and willingly recommended and booked delicious restaurants nearby and in Vieux Antibes for us, as well as highlighting local coastal walks. The pool was lovely and very clear - they clean it each night and the main hotel areas are always very clean. We always found a sunbed round the pool; some areas are shadier than others...
I can't give a higher review. This is not about the owner or the hotel. This is about the people that work there. 10/10. Highest service I have ever received. Made me rethink French service altogether. My girlfriend and I have decided to come back to Antibes JUST to visit this hotel and these folks.
The best place to stay in Antibes Juan les Pins ! Nice, clean and calm facility with the most amazing and natural looking décor. The staff are lovely and make you feel like you're at home. Our only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely return.
Nice little hotel, pleasant staff, but not overly close to anything. While bus stop is nearby, buses only pass hourly and cease at 7.00 resorted to using Uber.

This was my second year running at this hotel and I l loved every minute.
The grounds are beautiful, it has a lovely pool, pool bar serving snack meals and drinks.
Breakfast is excellent.
The rooms vary and are unique depending on where you are in the house, the facilities are all there. On my two occasions I have had a quiet room that was ideal for me.
People return year after year and I can see why...
Charming traditional hotel with beautiful pool and gardens. A very tranquil and peaceful place to spend a holiday. The complete opposite to many dull and soulless modern hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Myself and my partner stayed for 6 nights at the end of June, and honestly this hotel was perfect for us. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms which had a great view of the pool, and the room was neat and tidy.
Pool area also great, as well as location (close walk to beach, Juan-Les-Pins and Antibes).
Would definitely recommend this place
Great hotel with air conditioning that was important during the summer 2023 heatwave! Rooms are a little dated but adequate and we had our own private balcony that we loved and used to eat our breakfast each morning, lovely. The shower water pressure was a little problematic, the hotel should invest in an overhead waterfall shower so the water pressure issue doesn’t matter. The pool was really nice...
It is a really nice place with a beautiful breakfast!
We had a great time staying for 3 nights in Hotel des Mimosas. The hotel is 7 mins walk to the beach and the swiming pool was a real charm. The staff spoke good English and was extremely helpful in helping with events/dinner recommendations. Would love to visit again soon!

Convenient location with good amenities and well informed staff.
Comfy enough for a short stay, rooms with a minibar, very good central location in Antibes, friendly staff, price was very decent, I'd come back here.
The receptionist was very helpful with advice to where to go and how. It was a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center , enjoyable walk . Close to the beach , Picasso museum and on the other side - train station , We loved Antibes .
There are no problems staying here.
Hair dryers are available.
The shower water temperature and pressure are fine.
Hotel in a good location.
Cleanliness was adequate, but the mattresses need replacing. Otherwise, the price is reasonable.

Good hotel for the value, clean, comfortable, great location
Great place! Everything was perfect! The stuff was friendly, breakfast was tasty. The place is very close to the train station. Highly recommend to stay here!
A very nice stay, the room was great and was clean. Amenities were ok but I had to ask for more coffee as they only give a small amount for your stay and the water wasn’t refreshed which I was expecting to be when I had my room serviced.
The breakfast can have more options and better coffee. The room is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices including hot food such as scrambled eggs and sausages. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the train station and local town centre, and 5 minutes from the beach. A perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always ensuring everything was ok.

Had a lovely start to our honeymoon at this hotel. The grounds are immaculate and very well kept. The rooms were so beautiful and had lovely character that made the hotel feel much more special than a typical hotel.
A very interesting place, with a very elegant and colorful setup, off the main street, secure and parking available within the walls. Great front desk personnel.
Hotel Mas Djoliba is undoubtedly a beautiful and very well maintained residence. The cleaning staff second to none. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our time here as there were so many rules and watchful eyes we felt like naughty children that may put a grubby hand on a wall. This is a lovely small hotel in a great location in Antibes. Cleanliness was excellent and there is a small lift which is useful for luggage. Prime location. Friendly manager. Amazing ambiance.
Very intimate hotel, with very particular furniture and design, in the center of Juan Le Pins. The breakfast deserves and the owner is very kind.
Being in the center there is a lot of movement outside, but the windows do their duty to reduce the noise to an acceptable level.
A gem of a hotel, clean and with great attention to detail. There are free parking spaces, but you have to be lucky to find them near the structure!
