Lovely hotel, quiet location although very close to heart of old town.. staff always make us feel we're returning home. Won't be the last time we visit.

Antibes is beautiful at any time of year. The spa reservation was for 50 minutes, which was perfect for winter. Excellent service.

This is by far my best stay in South of France. I picked a suite that is facing the ocean and I have to say that's the best upgrade choice I've made for myself. The whole stay is amazing, waking up seeing the sunrise, watching the sunset, and the sailing all days long just elevated the whole experience. Pretty basic hotel, little amenities, small rooms and probably closer to a 3 star rating rather than 4 stars. Definitely not a luxury spa hotel that it is being marketed as. Good customer service and rooms were clean.

The location is perfect for Antibes I think; close to old town, short walk or taxi to the other side (Juan les Pins) and Eden Roc. Property was very nice to stay in, quiet, kind staff, clean, easy to find, easy check in and out. Only issue was inconsistency with the WiFi with it often not working at all.

Very conveniently located facility, with absolutely stunning views of the harbor and square castle of Antibes. The rooms are basic, yet comfortably functional and the state of maintenance is good compared to various other facilities in the Antibes area. It also has facilities for laundry and a nice swimming pool (which I still need to use at a future visit).

Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket...

Love the location 5 mins walk to train station 15 mins walk to town. Loved the roof pool amazing views of the harbour always got a sunbed. Unfortunately building site next door so if u dont have a sea view room you will be facing a building site which theystarted work at 7am. Definitely cannot use your balcony as its to noisy and dusty.

Very nice boutique property...felt very French. The decor was lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable. Only a very short walk from the main area of the Old Town and 10 minutes to the beach. The train station was only a short walk away. All members of staff were absolutly lovely. Antibes is a very walkable town and full of life.

Very nice boutique hotel at the heart of Antibes. Perfect location for exploring the old town and a lot of small restaurants just meters away. We were at Provence/Cote d’azure road trip - recommended stop. Friendly staff too

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Great place and great location.

Overall the hotel is good. However I recommend them not to put decoration pillows and covering because it is not very hygienic. It is not changed after each guest

Cleanliness is OK, the room is big enough

The rooms are modern and comfortable, basically the same as the Holiday Inn Express in China. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is safe and convenient, and the breakfast is also rich.

The hotel is a great option for its prize. I should not that the furniture was a quiet old and the elevator is very noisy. However, for its prize Hotel Les Steriilitzias a good option. I loved the stuff here. There were very helpful. The bus stop is in 5 minutes walk, very close to Juan Les Pins train station (that was the reason I chose the hotel for the first place).

Very pleasant hotel with an ideal location for visiting Juan les Pins and old Antibes on foot. Our room was very comfortable (with a terrace) and very clean, just one small complaint: the fridge in the room was noisy.... all the staff were very friendly.

The triple room is large and the balcony is very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the beach and can be reached on foot, but it is some distance from the core tourist area and requires a taxi. The breakfast variety is limited and not very tasty.

This isn't our first time staying here. Everything is perfect. We would have liked the bathroom to be updated a bit. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to come back again.

Great clean and well equipped apartment and ideal location for Antibes

I totally recommend this property for your stay, it has everything you can possibly need. It is small tho, it’s tight for two people . Super safe, super clean ! Third floor , gated community. Very calm and quiet. Riding in the middle of Old Town Antibes and Juan le pins. Great Internet service. I will definitely go back. Thank u

Was a lovely room however could have done with more than just one toilet roll for staying a week. Could have pre warned there was no room service to clean the rooms, change the bins. Also was disappointed the pool wasn’t like the pictures there wasn’t no water in it. However the hotel was very clean and quiet. I would stay again if the pool was open.

Everything was fine except the bathtub socket was broken so we couldn't enjoy a bath. There was no hairdryer and iron as mentioned. We enjoyed the big apartment with a sea view balcony. There was a dishwasher!

Perfect place for a relaxing break…. The ambience is peaceful and inviting. Family run, Jean Christoph and Isobel were perfect hosts and spent time getting to know us and making us feel so welcome. The residence is pretty basic and has the feel of an up-market backpackers. The owners are doing work to improve the hotel, but when we stayed for 2 nights we had no hot water either morning. The bathroom was needing a full renovation too. It was fairly inexpensive, but don’t expect any inclusions like toiletries. The lift is tiny and quite claustrophobic. High ceiling bright rooms with large windows, kitchenette, spacious and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is pleasant, however there are some unexpected rules. There is a note on the entrance door to the effect that guests are not to bring outside food into the hotel. There is a booklet In the room which outlines Dos and Dont's. This includes eating food or drink in the room and hanging clothes in the bathroom. La Joubotte Hotel is a very special place, with its lovely garden and swimming pool, closeness to the beach and next time we come we will have to do a Tuk Tuk Drive.
