The staff were kind and attentive.
The building is very well located near the sea and very well laid out.
My stay was perfect. The hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants. I would also like to mention that the receptionist was charming, friendly, and polite. She enthusiastically met all our needs.
Very nice air conditioned studio apartment. Very good kitchen and eating equipment plus a dish washer. Really comfortable bed and the whole apartment was very clean. I didn’t use my balcony because of the noise from the road however because the windows were double glazed and there was secondary double glazing you couldn’t hear any road noise with the windows shut.
St Maxime are city well administrate place of France,were family,couple,Young can feel The hospitality of people from France , Green place of earth ,ecology,not în The end good services of team Pierre residences .

What I dont appreciate is that I still didn't get the caution of 200€. My mom made sure that she even cleaned everything spotless. In Cannes it took 2 days to return or unblock but here it's nearly 10 days! Also please answer my messages on booking.com
What I don't appreciate so much is that when you ask a question on booking you don't get an answer. Also the 200€ caution is a bit of a joke. I also still didn't get the 200€ back even though it says on the day of departure. It has been nearly 10 days. In Cannes it took 2 days to return or 'unblock' it.
I would really appreciate it if you can do it soon as I already read in another review on booking that it takes long.
