Great location and convenient to the restaurants and places of interest we went to. It was the right hotel for our overnight stay in Lisieux.

A decent hotel, though rather run down. However, it does NOT have air conditioning. And the temperatures in July in Lisieux were sweltering. Would never have booked this if I have known it did not have air conditioning. Room was also expensive for the quality of it…

Nice hotel in good location close to the train station. Really nice staff, good room & nicely prepared things for family traveling with a baby. Downstairs restaurant was not that good though, and hotel is not accessible (a lot of stairs at the entrance), otherwise a great stay!

We did not have a good experience from check-in (room not ready), to when we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant (no space available) and finally when we wanted to sleep, unable due to the noise from neighbours.

Definitely not soundproof rooms.
Our duvet had velcro in the middle to link 2 single duvets together.

The hotel had all of the required amenities: the rooms were small but renovated to a modern standard, the breakfast was more than adequate, and the lounge was a nice touch for meeting and socializing. I like using stairs when possible and I found them somewhat dirty at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Oh I loved this place. Stayed here for a night as part of a group tour. Loved the old world charm. It has got spacious rooms and all the necessities. The food was also great, staff was really nice too. Only odd thing I would say is the elevator, which does not actually stop on the actual floor but sort of in between like in the case of a mezzanine. So you'll have take a small flight of stairs downwards to get to your floor.
