Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety, everything was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the parking. One could pay 11 euros a night for underground parking or find a spot on the street for free. Street parking was a bit of a challenge however we did find a spot.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Rouen Rive Gauche, thanks to the warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the team. From check-in to departure, every detail was handled with genuine care, and the thoughtful gestures made my visit unforgettable.
Stephanie, Louise, Salma, and Fabrice were on duty during my stay, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They patiently answered all my questions about Rouen, provided maps, and offered excellent recommendations for the best sights in the area. Stephanie, in particular, went above and beyond by helping me purchase train tickets, which allowed me to take a memorable trip to Monet’s gardens.
As I was celebrating my birthday alone, while my family is abroad, I was especially touched to find a thoughtful birthday note and a sweet surprise waiting in my room. This personal gesture made my stay feel truly special.
I sincerely appreciated the care, attention, and professionalism of the staff throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Rouen Rive Gauche and very much look forward to returning in the future.

Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining.

Due to allergies, the carpet in the room gave us a hard time during our night. But the manager is exceptional and super kind. She has passion for her job.

Internet non-existant at times and annoying having to log on all the time. Woman said there were too many people staying for the internet to work well!

Simple, quiet and comfortable stay in this hotel located 2km away from the city center (option to use the streetcar). Removing 2 stars because:
1. The staff lacked kindness and professionalism during check-in and check-out (e.g. poor information, no advisory provided on the city, no feedback)
2. Breakfast was included but was badly managed (e.g. no more egg, no napkin)
3. Wifi didn't work well and was sometimes not even available

Good rooms, lovely helpful staff, very understanding when we double booked.
We accidentally booked twice, our fault, the staff were very helpful and the hotel management understanding. They sorted it out for us with minimal fuss and a professional but very friendly attitude. The stay itself was good, good beds, clean rooms and well equipped.

Excellent, just what we needed. Very clean/modern hotel with nice restaurant, staff and good breakfast. Parking on site. A little more out of town than we thought when we booked but easy to get the tram into centre.
