The rooms are tiny though. 2 grown people will struggle to move around with luggage on the floor as there is nowhere else to store it.
The breakfast, however, is/was terrible. There were no plates. There was no bread. No croissants or the like. No juice, no breakfast cereal.
Stuff was available sporadically, only to be grabbed by a few people moments after. Tables were not getting cleaned between guests.
It honestly seemed like someone, without having tried it before or having any sort of idea or plan, was put in charge of organizing breakfast for the very first time.
Also, our room had this sickly-sweet/rotten smell that no amount of open window changed. Our clothes also smell like this now.
Friendly staff and lovely breakfast, would stay again if ever visiting Rouen.
