Amazing hotel from entrance to exit. Thank you very much for our stay. Service is excellent.

An elegant hotel with spacious rooms. Luxurious winter garden with access to the outdoor and indoor pools. For children - water slides) Several good restaurants. Buffet with a good choice for 47 GEL. SPA and a wide range of cosmetic procedures. Large marine aquarium at the reception with sharks, stingrays, moray eels and other inhabitants.

A gorgeous hotel. Great rooms. Very comfortable mattresses, down comforters and a huge pile of my favorite pillows. The room cleaning is very comfortable, they watch you leave and while you are not there, oops ... And it is clean, tidy. Stylish design of the whole hotel. We were there for the New Year, already the 2nd time. Beautiful stylish Christmas tree. Unfortunately, this year, due to recent events, there was no festive performance. But the table at dinner was gorgeous. Good chef, high-quality delicious food (high level of cuisine and products). High-quality drinks. At breakfast, the variety of dishes is huge. You want to eat everything, because any dish or dessert is sooo delicious. My favorite aquarium, you can't take your eyes off it. I don't like aquariums at all, but this one is my love. A pool with warm water like in a bath, part of which is outdoors, overlooking the sea. The spa is not bad, but it is not functional at all. There are no services such as manicure and pedicure. We had a massage last time :(, so we didn't go this time. But basically no hotel has good massages. No other entertainment was noticed. A children's pool and a bunch of slides. We've never been here in the summer, but I know that there is black therapeutic sand here. There are huge shaggy pine trees around. Deer and forest are walking behind the fence. Snow-capped mountains beyond the sea. Sooooo beautiful. There is a fairly large parking lot near the hotel, there is a charger for electric cars. Overall, we are happy and will come here again.

- The Bike renting person in charge tried to over charge the renting time ,which does not sound good at all.
