Amazing hotel, great views
Amazing hotel right on the beautiful long beach with the waves crushing almost under your window. Large, spacious and modern rooms, stylish and well-decorated too. Great WiFi, amazing breakfast of enormous quantity and great quality and variety. Personal service from great people. Only a design miss, the balcony leaves a gap where a foot may slip in and cause injury. But nothing to worry if you notice this and you also take care of children.

Rooms and premium suits were ok, but nothing like 5 star as advertised or costed in August. Lots to improve including better beach beds and organised restaurant service. Property has a potential but lacks funding . If there were more decking to get to the beach or beach service for drinks. Bar on rooftop opens only evening and no vibe and bland cocktails. View from room stunning, Thai massage was great l, staff at reception very attentive and helpful. Breakfast small and always busy. So much potential to improve more services drinks and entertainment as property is calling itself a 5 star resort. Pet friendly which was great!!!

Liked everything except not being allowed to smoke on balcony.

I really liked the hotel!
Pros:
-convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful
-very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel.
-the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere.
-high-quality materials, competent construction

There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there.
There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities):
- they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement.
- if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings)
- they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical.
- our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁
- there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored.

Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!

Nice pool, clean hotel, great service and amazing place for kids

Amazing location right in fron of the sea. The outdoor pool makes it even better . The hotel was very clean we quite enjoyed our stay. However I’d recommend the receptionists to smile more.

wonderful rooms. all brand new, with top quality materials. all rooms with sea view, super quiet location. top-notch restaurant inside. spotless.
I just missed some facilities like fitness, bike rental...

I stayed a few days and loved every minute. Spacy comfortable room, amazing bed and great food at the restaurant.

Everything was amazing! Very comfortable, beautiful and well thought out rooms. Very nice lighting in the hotel and the view and proximity to the sea is just WOOOOW!!! 😍😍😍 The hotel is located a little further from the rest on the coastline, so there are few people on the beach, the water is clean, very quiet and comfortable. Nice big swimming pool overlooking the sea, delicious food in the restaurant, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help guests. Special thanks to the manager Giorgi for taking into account our wishes and making our stay at the resort simply unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel! Everything was truly amazing! The rooms are smartly designed, cozy and super comfortable. The sea view is to die for, just WOW😍😍😍 The hotel is close to the town (Kobuleti) but still a bit remote from other hotels, which is a great advantage. The beach isn't crowded, so it's a really peaceful place. There’s a big pool with a great sea view, the hotel restaurant is a very nice mix of European and Georgian cuisine. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Special regards to the manager Giorgi for making our stay unforgettable. Totally recommend! Don't think twice guys! Just book it!
