Prices are a bit steep for the experience. Long wait times and occasional spicy surprises in salads. Orders can get lost in the shuffle.
Music needs a refresh. The pool's vibe is inconsistent, with outdated tunes and questionable water quality.
But a big shoutout to the friendly staff! They were always helpful and accommodating, even switching off Russian songs when we asked. 🌟

Wonderful hotel and beach. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem. I also really enjoyed the Musicians’ Park and the market in Kobuleti. Overall, this place is amazing — definitely come here!

Really nice and simple hotel right on the beach. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff are wonderful. They keep their beach clean and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

This is not 4 star hotel. Pluses - good location. 1 minute from the seaside. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Your kids can really enjoy that. Additionally there is a good playground. But the condition of the rooms...let's skip the moment that there is an intensive smell of dampness inside. The outside parts of the conditioners are heavily rusted. Not all the sockets worked. Electrical kettle didn't turn itself off. The rooms are really small (But big balcony). Discount for kids is small, and you cannot exclude breakfast from the price. And the biggest dissatisfaction was that we needed to pay for umbrellas and deckchairs additionally. So, my expectations were big, but reality appeared to be different.

Waiting 60 minutes for a cocktail, while the bar is mostly empty. Waiters are incompetent and give false information. Never again!!

The location right on the beach can't be beat, as well as the garden and playground. Ideal for families with small kids. The food was not very varied but always tasty and good quality. Still its quite overpraced, as all the other options on Georgian seaside.
