Absolutely loved it here. If I ever come back to Lagodekhi I will stay here

Location: Amazing. 7 minutes from the marshrutka station. A few minutes from main street where the grocery stores and restaurants are. It's a 30 minute walk to one of the entrances to Lagodekhi Nature Preserve - the ones with the Black Lake and Black Grouse trails. This place is an excellent base of operations if you plan to undertake those routes.

Hosts: I interacted with two of them and they were so sweet. One was a lovely elderly lady who cooked some of the best food I've ever had, and another was extremely friendly, spoke English and was quite helpful.

Housing: Extremely cozy, clean, comfortable. You're being invited into their family home.

Food: Absolutely order the dinner. It's 40 lari and is THE most amazing food I've had since coming to Georgia. The amount given was always so much that I couldn't finish it, even though I wanted so, so I would have some for dinner and more for breakfast!

In our 10-day Georgia trip, this was my favorite place to stay! First, the hosts are just gems. They were so friendly and happy to explain things about Georgian culture and also share their own experiences living here. The father also gave us a ride to Lagodekhi National Park and later to the Tbilisi bus station, which exceeded expectations.

Second, the food was excellent!! We had an amazing dinner (all components were delicious: soup, chicken stew, beet salad, cucumber salad, fried potatoes, bread, homemade wine & juice). And the shakshuka-type egg dish we had in the morning was seriously outstanding! If you don't stay here for the night, I'd still recommend coming for the home cooked meals.

Finally, there are many cozy spots to sit, talk and journal - comfy couches in various living rooms, outdoor patio, and a gorgeous garden, complete with multiple hammocks and picnic table. Oh! And it's extmely affordable. I cannot say enough nice things about this guest house. 10 out of 10. Strongly recommend!

A fantastic stay. The highlight was the warmth and hospitality of the host family. The garden and the outside patio are beautiful. My room was very comfortable and charmingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was very cozy and comfy, it had a unique vibe. The owners are the nicest people ever, they serve amazing food and wine. I regret I could only stay for one night. Highly recommend!

Easily the nicest guesthouse in Lagodekhi. Very kind, welcoming and flexible people. Their garden is very soothing very down to earth. A place to unwind and to feel like home, the pictures should speak for themselves.

The Guesthouse AISI in Lagodekhi is a wonderful place to relaxe and enjoy this beautiful mountain area. The owners are so warm-hearted, best Georgian cuisine, a beautyful garden and terrace, great rooms. They helped me a lot when I was sick after the hiking tour. Many many thanks. 😘🤗

I stayed at Guesthouse AISI with my girlfriend for 2 nights. We had an awesome experience. We showed up very late on the first day and still it was no problem for the very warm-hearted and welcoming family to prepare us a delicous dinner. The whole family was very friendly and supportive in every aspect. They also serve great homemade wine and chacha. Also the garden is beautiful to enjoy a hot summer night. We highly recommend to stay at Guesthouse AISI and we will definitely come back to visit!

A cozy place in comfortable spot in Lagodekhi. From downsides I would say that room arent all separated, only one with double bed and the family members of the host are too many sometimes, but speaking of upsides- prices are too good to be true. Host is super friendly, they are having excellent garden for chilling.
