It is a B&B with a restaurant and four accommodation rooms. It is located on the mountain outside the town. It is not far from the town on foot, only more than ten minutes. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the panoramic view of Sighnaghi, which is very nice. The lady boss is also very hospitable and highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. The unbeatable scenery is right outside the window on the hotel's platform. The innkeeper is very warm and thoughtful, helping in every possible way. The breakfast is rich and the quantity is too large to finish. A very nice clerk, very friendly and helps you take unlimited photos!

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a bird's eye view of the entire town of Sighnaghi and within walking distance to Bodbe Monastery. The price-performance ratio is high, the boss has a good service attitude, and the breakfast is also good.

Although the facilities were a little old, the owner was very friendly and the food was delicious☺️ It seemed a bit far from Sighnaghi Village, but it was enough to walk around as if you were taking a walk. *tip: If warm water does not come out, try turning the tap in the opposite direction!

A clean, comfortable house, wonderful sincere hosts. The house has a large veranda with a fireplace and views of the green garden and mountains - a stunning place for privacy or an evening glass of wine. There are delicious breakfasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Manana, mistress of the house, kind and caring :)

We just spent one night there. Very clean, good value for money. You should definetly ear there. The breakfast was amazing. Especially the little things of dough filled with cheese and to be eaten with joghurt and fruit jam. The Kursi across the street is apparently run by her son. Very nice garden with many flowers.

Went there for wine tasting. The owner prepared some salads and a light meal for us and she let us try her red and white house wines as well as some chacha (Georgian vodka). She has a very nice garden which overlooks an amazing view. Great experience. Highly recommended.

The place is not very modern, but the young host is amazingly worm person. When I had to stay for another night in Telqvi, because we have returned too late to going straight to Tbilisi, he took me for free.

We stayed here for just one night and it was pretty good. Central location, free parking, you can order a home made breakfast. As lots of people said, there's a kind of museum inside and the owner is happily showing around, being incredibly proud of every single object. It was interesting to have a tour around the house but to be honest we were tired at the end of the day and just wanted to rest, whereas...

The hotel is in a very good location. It has good restaurants nearby. Its owner Temur is very attentive, he offered us a very good tour in Telavi. Visit this hostel briefly and you will be really satisfied

We loved staying here for 3 nights. The hosts Timur and Marina make you feel like you are staying with your Georgian family. Very relaxt atmosphere and you can use all their facilities if you want. The rooms are big and clean, the shared bathrooms are spotless. Totally recommended. Oh and having dinner in the park with view on the mountains and the valley is a must do if you are here!

This place was just amazing - the owners are most welcoming and friendly, the food we had there was super delicious. The rooms were nice and clean. Besides the food, the garden is a real highlight with nice, comfortable hammocks and other spots to hang out and just have a good time. All in all this is definitely the place to stay in Lagodekhi! I would come back any time!

What a wonderful place to stay! The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offer suggestions for local activities or, if you want, will drive you on your desired itinerary for a reasonable price. Communication in English was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

You could not ask for more authentic Georgian local experience. Our lovely hostess made a lovely local Georgian breakfast and dinner for us and although her English wasn’t good, we managed to communicate just fine somehow! Rooms are simple and basic but with heating and AC. The location has fantastic for its views and close to a restaurant and a shop. A short walk to the main town.

The most friendly, wonderful lady owns this guest house. Despite her limited English she made us feel incredibly welcome. She welcomed us with home made wine and smiles. The room was clean. Rooms and amenities were as good as possible within the relevant price range and considering availability of resources locally. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming, the food was tasty and ample, and ambience was pleasant. Maybe we could not see the old fortress on the hilltop, but fantastic view from the window every morning, absence of noise (if you do not count an occasional group of horses...

Best place in Omalo and best food. We had a good look around and this place did not disappoint. We stayed 4 nights and everyday the food was different excellent. Rooms are clean and shower is hot. Family are very nice people and do everything to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Great views from the balcony area upstairs.

Nice family who runs this and keeps it extremely clean. We spent two nights and had 1 dinner and two breakfasts. Food is basic but delicious. She offered a breakfast/dinner plus room option for 90 GEL per person, which was a good price instead of paying for those meals separately. Only complaint was wifi password posted was 'incorrect.' We didn't tell family as there was only the older daughter...

We did not stay here since we were passing through Omalo, however we had stopped for one of the best lunches we had on our trip in Georgia. The food was AMAZING. They certainly had the best stuffed eggplant we found in Georgia. The produce (tomatoes in particular) was divine. The seating area was very cute as well, shaded and outdoors. Would recommend if spending time in Omalo or passing through.

Tina and Tariel are the loveliest hosts. They speak very few words of English but we got by with hand gestures and hugs.

What I liked more of the guest house is the big help that the nice owner always gives you. She is always ready to give you informations and to do everything you may need. And she also a fantastic chef!

It was such a wonderful experience. Katty is a very warm and friendly person. She welcomed us into her old family home, which she is turning into a guesthouse with a lot of love and passion. The breakfast was super delicious and she even prepared lunchboxes for our trip to the Vashlovani National Park. A stay is absolutely recommended!
