Such a beautiful and cozy place. Everything was super clean, breakfast was honestly amazing and the hosts are lovely! It is right next to the bus stop.

Incredibly cozy guesthouse in the heart of Sighnaghi. The view from the balcony is amazing, breakfast is delicious and the host is lovely! I would not hesitate to come back!!

The host lady is really lovely and you can get home cooked meals too that are so generous and delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here

The best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are cosy, the view is exceptional and the breakfast is divine. Thea is welcoming and easy going; nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are on a bit of a budget and want to feel at home in Sighnaghi.

Everything was amazing, the hostess is so welcoming and hospitable, her food is insanely good, the prices are great, the view is amazing, too! It’s one of the best stays I’ve ever had, I would definitely come back and can greatly recommend. I also bought some handmade knitted socks and gloves from her, so pretty!!

Check before coming about condition of pool. Good views.

Cozy place with lots of woodwork and good food. It has a partial view of the valley, not the top hill view. The building itself is old world with a red brick finish and fits perfectly in Sighnaghi! The washrooms can be updated. Overall a good value for money hotel.

Perfect stay, nice wine cellar and very kind hosts. Recommended!

Very nice view and helpful staff. The rooms are great and you have your own terrace in front of your room (some rooms). This was great, because of the weather and the sea side view.

Small, more family hotel. Nice place. Good for family weekend, good views, very warm and attentive stuff.

The place is super lovely! The host is hosting hundreds of Ukrainian refugees from Mariupol for free. Organizing different activities for them ❤️ The hotel is right in the center.

Athmosphere looks good,luxury thing in the main room . Waiter was really lovely but what can I say about menu???? They don't have most of things from dessert part.. and prices were higher than it was written in the menu .I mean in the cheque. (I don't mean serve persent)

It is a B&B with a restaurant and four accommodation rooms. It is located on the mountain outside the town. It is not far from the town on foot, only more than ten minutes. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the panoramic view of Sighnaghi, which is very nice. The lady boss is also very hospitable and highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. The unbeatable scenery is right outside the window on the hotel's platform. The innkeeper is very warm and thoughtful, helping in every possible way. The breakfast is rich and the quantity is too large to finish. A very nice clerk, very friendly and helps you take unlimited photos!

The place is right next to Sighnaghi wall which is the primary attraction. The rooms are very basic, view is good, owner is nice but doesn’t understands english. The heating in the rooms were not enough for december winter so wearing fleece at night was important. You will get every amenity which is mentioned. The name of the place is Alazani Valley Guest House.

Good view, Gyo is very friendly, Rooms are neat and clean. Nearby decent restaurants. Hot water issue during winter , the month of December

Beautiful views, warm, friendly service, amazing food. We will definitely stay here whenever in Sighnaghi, the suite is perfect for a special weekend or making any weekend feel special.

The location in the midst of the lovely village signaghi is amazing, you can oversee an endless valley. The owner of kusika is supernice and welcoming, he offered us lots of his selfmade cha-cha (georgian spirit). We stayed one night in their suite (with balcony and jacuzzy) and had a wonderful dinner. I will dream about this place my whole life.

Such a lovely place in the most beautiful town! host was very accommodating and brought us some locally made wine with cherries. Room was okay, though it had a bit of damp coming through the floor/wall due to the room next door's shower not being enclosed. other than that, it was a lovely stay and close to the amenities like wine tasting and lookout points.

Nice staying in here with the View and nice restaurant. He offered one glace of homemade wine. Very friendly.

If you stay here you have your own room with bathroom but also live next to the family so it feels like living with a Georgian family, but you still have your privacy. I was lucky to stay here during the granddaughters summer vacation and they were playing Georgian instruments and singing, and inviting me for watermelon and coffee. I was also invited for dinner...

Very friendly homestay with mountain view.

Pretty inexpensive and comfortable place to stay. The old guys are super cute and very welcoming. As an added bonus you can use the pool with the old city view.

We had a great stay at Nana's house for two days in September 2019. Very welcoming and helpful - sorted out our car problems for us, sorted out a tour of the wineries the next day, and sorted us some excellent breakfasts both mornings. The bathroom was a bit pokey but everything needed was supplied and would definitely stay there again for the homely environment.

Extremely kind hosts, they offered homemade wine and it’s a good opportunity to connect with other tourists.

Had a great stay with georgie and his wife. Amzng breakfast and Georgie was willing to driving us himself throught the wine region!

Some ignorant racist kids made fun of us Asians. The elders saw them being racist but no one told them that it was wrong . Other than that it’s a beautiful, slow and calm street

The hosts are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Everything was great — the rooms were clean, and the water pressure was excellent. One special detail: there’s a bathtub, not just a shower, which is quite rare and allows you to enjoy a real bath. The hosts offer wine, coffee, and tea, and the kitchen was well-equipped with good dishes, a kettle, and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch...

I owe the owner a good review. It was a wonderful, memorable stay at her house 8 months ago. She was a very courteous and considerate lady. I say Georgians are nice people, and she's exemplary among them all. By the way, if you choose to eat her breakfast, you will sure not regret.

It is a very cozy and pleasant place. Though there are WC and baths in each room, it is designed as someone's home. A terrace connected to the kitchen allows dining under the stars, or just turning off the lights (switch is behind the fridge) and stargazing. There are just 4 rooms in the whole hotel, and they are not always occupied, so meeting other lodgers is a rarity.

Great location. We realised the management has been changed and we were the first guests for the new management. The host Ana was very caring and friendly. The premise has got excellent potential and opportunities. We could make a few suggestions which the host accepted. Would like to visit again sometime.

Comfortable, clean rooms with fabulous views and the warmest of welcomes. Breakfast is massive and will set you up for the day. Great value. Recommended. Tricky to find, it's just up from the Brigitte Hotel.

Our 2nd stay here. Always the same incredible hospitality. Come here and you'll have one of your best memories in Georgia. Moreover, the city Sinaghi is lovely and this hotel has a very beautiful view on the valley. A swimming pool will be ready for this summer.

BelleVue was a gem of a find. The view (as the name may give away) was second to none. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, definitely the nicest hotel bathroom I had in some time. The food was inspired (go for the French breakfast in the morning!). The owner, Ilya, was absolutely lovely. Such a nice stay!

Crisp clean and super comfortable accommodation with breathtaking views. We know where to stay the next time we come to Signagi. Definitely recommended

We had a really pleasant stay there. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and have an increadible view of the valley. The hotel has it's own restaurant, where we tasted the owner's wine and had some terrific desserts. Would recommend

This guest house is an authentic experience. 1) Get the room with the view. 2) The host is amazing. She is loving and a superb cook. 3) The rooms are 'rustic', so don't expect the most modern surroundings. Know this before you book. All in all, a great place to stay!

Stayed here for one night. Hosts are very nice and kind, provided us with tasty home-made wine, diner (for extra pay) and free breakfast. Room was comfortable with warm blankets. Here, you can enjoy a spectacular view to the Alazani valley. Would like to thank yhe hosts for the very warm welcome 💚Highly recommended.

The host is a very nice family. Ask them for home wine, the best wine I ever tried. The view is amazing and you'll have personal parking space which is very convenient. A couple of restaurants just a few houses away.

You could not ask for more authentic Georgian local experience. Our lovely hostess made a lovely local Georgian breakfast and dinner for us and although her English wasn’t good, we managed to communicate just fine somehow! Rooms are simple and basic but with heating and AC. The location has fantastic for its views and close to a restaurant and a shop. A short walk to the main town.

Really nice stay there, good rooms, food and the most important lovely hosts!!
