The place is right next to Sighnaghi wall which is the primary attraction. The rooms are very basic, view is good, owner is nice but doesn’t understands english. The heating in the rooms were not enough for december winter so wearing fleece at night was important. You will get every amenity which is mentioned. The name of the place is Alazani Valley Guest House.

Good view, Gyo is very friendly, Rooms are neat and clean.

Nearby decent restaurants. Hot water issue during winter , the month of December

Good clean hotel but not recommended in winter and cold weathers. We turned on every possible heating options and we were freezing.

Little private balcony with a lovely view of town and mountains overlooking the valley.

Very nice place with a pleasant hosts. However, it is not finished yet, so there is 4 stars instead of 5. But I definitely sure next time this place will be perfect
