It is a B&B with a restaurant and four accommodation rooms. It is located on the mountain outside the town. It is not far from the town on foot, only more than ten minutes. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the panoramic view of Sighnaghi, which is very nice. The lady boss is also very hospitable and highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. The unbeatable scenery is right outside the window on the hotel's platform. The innkeeper is very warm and thoughtful, helping in every possible way. The breakfast is rich and the quantity is too large to finish. A very nice clerk, very friendly and helps you take unlimited photos!

We loved this little hidden gem in Sighnaghi. The pool was amazing and so nice with the nature around, the view was beautiful and the location is perfect near so many restaurants. We had an amazing time hanging around the pool and it was only for guests so better than hotel pools where there are so many people. The host was so nice! Totally recommend.

A clean, comfortable house, wonderful sincere hosts. The house has a large veranda with a fireplace and views of the green garden and mountains - a stunning place for privacy or an evening glass of wine. There are delicious breakfasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Manana, mistress of the house, kind and caring :)

We just spent one night there. Very clean, good value for money. You should definetly ear there. The breakfast was amazing. Especially the little things of dough filled with cheese and to be eaten with joghurt and fruit jam. The Kursi across the street is apparently run by her son. Very nice garden with many flowers.

Went there for wine tasting. The owner prepared some salads and a light meal for us and she let us try her red and white house wines as well as some chacha (Georgian vodka). She has a very nice garden which overlooks an amazing view. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I owe the owner a good review. It was a wonderful, memorable stay at her house 8 months ago. She was a very courteous and considerate lady. I say Georgians are nice people, and she's exemplary among them all. By the way, if you choose to eat her breakfast, you will sure not regret.

It is a very cozy and pleasant place. Though there are WC and baths in each room, it is designed as someone's home. A terrace connected to the kitchen allows dining under the stars, or just turning off the lights (switch is behind the fridge) and stargazing. There are just 4 rooms in the whole hotel, and they are not always occupied, so meeting other lodgers is a rarity.

If you stay here you have your own room with bathroom but also live next to the family so it feels like living with a Georgian family, but you still have your privacy. Very friendly homestay with mountain view.

Pretty inexpensive and comfortable place to stay. The old guys are super cute and very welcoming. As an added bonus you can use the pool with the old city view.

We had a great stay at Nana's house for two days in September 2019. Very welcoming and helpful - sorted out our car problems for us, sorted out a tour of the wineries the next day, and sorted us some excellent breakfasts both mornings. The bathroom was a bit pokey but everything needed was supplied and would definitely stay there again for the homely environment.

The place is right next to Sighnaghi wall which is the primary attraction. The rooms are very basic, view is good, owner is nice but doesn’t understands english. The heating in the rooms were not enough for december winter so wearing fleece at night was important. You will get every amenity which is mentioned. The name of the place is Alazani Valley Guest House.

The location in the midst of the lovely village signaghi is amazing, you can oversee an endless valley. The owner of kusika is supernice and welcoming, he offered us lots of his selfmade cha-cha (georgian spirit). We stayed one night in their suite (with balcony and jacuzzy) and had a wonderful dinner. I will dream about this place my whole life.

Such a lovely place in the most beautiful town! host was very accommodating and brought us some locally made wine with cherries. Room was okay, though it had a bit of damp coming through the floor/wall due to the room next door's shower not being enclosed. other than that, it was a lovely stay and close to the amenities like wine tasting and lookout points.

The premise has got excellent potential and opportunities. We could make a few suggestions which the host accepted. Would like to visit again sometime.

This guest house is an authentic experience. 1) Get the room with the view. 2) The host is amazing. She is loving and a superb cook. 3) The rooms are 'rustic', so don't expect the most modern surroundings. Know this before you book. All in all, a great place to stay!

The host is a very nice family. Ask them for home wine, the best wine I ever tried. The view is amazing and you'll have personal parking space which is very convenient. A couple of restaurants just a few houses away.

You could not ask for more authentic Georgian local experience. Our lovely hostess made a lovely local Georgian breakfast and dinner for us and although her English wasn’t good, we managed to communicate just fine somehow! Rooms are simple and basic but with heating and AC. The location has fantastic for its views and close to a restaurant and a shop. A short walk to the main town.

A magnificent house in the city center with large rooms opening onto a balcony where vines grow. Nana will do everything to make your trip as pleasant as possible. She know everybody and will advise you on the most interesting places to visit and the best restaurants for dinner in the evening. This was a complete surprise. Shota talked to me in the park and I got thiq instant feeling that this might be a place to stay. And well, i wasn't wrong. We went there for lunch, and by far was the best food that we had in Georgia. Lali the owner is sweet, kind and a great cook. Amazing home cooked food, all the dishes that we ordered were very tasty and the wine in the same level. Much better then some overpriced wineries in the city. A must in this Sighnaghi.

Very convenient location right in the middle of town! The rooms are quite basic and the door-locks need to be changed...the balconies were very nice, although they do not face the valley and high caucasus if that's what you're hunting.

The location is ideal in the heart of the town, bars and restaurants are nearby. Just a precision about the pool : it's not in the hotel, it's a few kilometers away from the city (better to go there by car), but it's free...

Very nice and cozy place. Worth of the price. Great owners! I was there few times, and sometimes I think they spent more money to keep you happy, than they earn, especially if the host is in mood :)
