Boutique Hotel BelleVue in Sighnaghi

Location is good, parking place is next door (but only few ones).
This is probably all to be mentioned on the positive side.
We stayed here in the late October, so it was cold and rainy outside. We arrived in the evening and we came to the cold and wet room. Fan in the bathroom was not working. Nobody met us apart from the some owner's relative who told us nothing. Only next morning we were told that there is A/C which could warm a bit the room. To our question "Why it was not working before our arrival?" we received no response.
So we spent the night in wet cold room (even toilet paper was wet, I am not joking).
There is a metal ladder in the hotel and you hear every step, every! And if someone is moving something in the room or in the restaurant you would also hear it.
Breakfast was the worst breakfast during our trip in Georgia.
What did upset us the most is that we received no apology when we explained all this to the lady at the reception.
ps: I should note that we were the only guests that night so at least we could have been provided with the room with a functioning fan, it would be lees wet inside.

And this was one of the most expensive places we stayed in Georgia.

I can only comment on the restaurant as we visited for dinner. It was by far the worst meal we had on eight day trip. The lamb dish was inedible. When we complained the pile of fat was taken from the table. I respect that the lack of apology/explanation was down to a language barrier but that’s irrelevant if you just looked at the meal. Certainly having a bill amended would have been a suitable gesture. Ironically we replicated our meal a few days later in another restaurant and it was delicious. In addition my pork was over cooked. Such a shame as we had high expectations.
