Guest House Lali in Sighnaghi

Excellent place. I was suppose to write this month's ago but forgot.

The owner was amazing. I stayed there with 5 friends but unfortunately some of them had a car accident on the way up. The owner was more than accommodating for us. She was flexible, understanding, and helpful, even when we had Georgian police cars arriving late at night. She even brought us some Saperavi She had made to take the edge off! Thank you for all the help and sorry for not writing this review sooner!

Also the rooms were excellent and clean. Super close to town.

We went there for lunch, and by far was the best food that we had in Georgia. Lali the owner is sweet, kind and a great cook. Amazing home cooked food, all the dishes that we ordered were very tasty and the wine in the same level. Much better then some overpriced wineries in the city. A must in this Sighnaghi.

The host Lali is the best person you'll ever meet in Georgia. What a kind and intelligent person. Would recommend 100% and what a beautiful building. Very old and historical place. Just amazing 10/10☆

We stayed here in May with friends and had the whole house to ourselves. Super convenient location – all the main sights are just a short walk away. The garden’s lush and full of flowers. The hosts were super welcoming and attentive. They even offer cooking classes if you're interested.

Tons of rooms and plenty of space for big dinners or hangouts. The rooftop spot is especially awesome. We were treated to a really tasty and filling breakfast every morning, plus some homemade wine – a nice touch!

On the downside – the beds are kinda outdated (would’ve been nice to have comfier mattresses and pillows), and there were ants in the bathroom. I also saw some reviews saying the place runs as a restaurant, but while we were there, we didn’t see any other guests, and it didn’t feel like an actual restaurant at all.

Beautiful place. Everything is very good. The food is very tasty and natural. I advise everyone to come. also, They built a new hotel which is very beautiful. They met us on the spot very warmly, paying attention to us.

We met Lali at her home in Signagi on a cold, rainy, winter's day. She had the kitchen fire going and the table set up for us for to make khinkali (Georgian dumplings). It was warm, cozy and so welcoming. We loved every moment in her company. Lali is a brilliant teacher, so patient and kind. She taught my family to make khinkali and afterwards we sat around the kitchen table to share a wholesome meal with Lali and George, our wonderful guide. We would definitely go back to Lali's place so stay next time we visit Georgia. It felt like home.

How lucky we are. We with friends accidentally hit this to Guesthouse Lali. Incredibly delicious homemade food! Attitude as an honored guest! We are happy that 2 days of our trip were here! Fast wi-fi!
Chuchelo delicious brought. Workshops on baking khinkali and khachapuri! Parking for over 3 cars.
I advise everyone to visit if you are in this place.

I can't complain about this quaint and cute guesthouse restaurant. Lali personally takes care of you and is truly a great cook. We felt like this was a really authentic meal and regretted that we didn't have time to go back.
