We stayed for one night. The girls welcomed us super friendly. 4 bed room and shared bath. Everything clean. Be sure it s no hotel but a comfortable place to stay. Dinner and breakfast have been amazing! Lot s of Georgian food so we reached or limit about this delicious food! Completely recommend for a stay. Good place to explore the area.

Nice and friendly family. Requires driving the narrow streets and cannot navigate with google maps. Rooms were basic and ok, a bit of smoke smell. Breakfast was great Dinner was nice but we didn't ask how much and it cost 50 lari per person which was the most expensive in all our trip and we felt we were overcharged even for Ushguli rates. Just ask before to make sure it suits you

I would say this place is a bit crampy. There is nowhere to sit inside except for a dining room table where other people are eating so you have to sit in your room. Also the bathroom is used by many people.

Lela and her family are great! We stayed for four nights on a ski trip. She cooked us great breakfasts and dinners every day, and even left food and tea/coffee out for us when we woke up very early to ski. The location is great for skiing, with easy access to almost all of the terrain around Ushguli.

This guesthouse is hard to find, because both Google maps and Maps.me have the wrong location. Their dinner is generous and in large portions, however very, very salty. This is the best place to stay in Ushguli! The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. There's a warm and family atmosphere. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, and showers had fresh hot water. Dinner was good. The only issue I had is no fault of the owners, but the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. This makes for a challenging 10 minute uphill walk if you want to return from town but you are also rewarded with great views down to Ushguli.

Not many places stay open during wintertime. This one does and provides good service. Great food, super friendly owner, dining room with an outstanding view. One disadvantage - rooms are quite small.

We really warmed to this little guesthouse during a three night stay. Rooms have a spectacular view where you can watch the mountain and weather , explore the village and hike . Food is wholesome . I think the lack of English by staff means that they can appear a bit unfriendly . Rooms are clean with heating although the wet rooms can be wet !!!

A very decent place to stay, except cold if the heating was off for some time. Sometimes, there is no one in the place to offer service and no way to notice how to get somebody. The food is best in Georgia, 100/10. I recommend Ojahuri and Khachapuri Imeruli

Really nice place to stay with amazing view on village and mountains

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and they spoke Russian. The breakfasts were excellent, probably the best we'd had on our entire trip. The guesthouse has four rooms. The amenities are basic (shared bathroom and toilet), but that's normal for Ushguli. Everything was clean, the shower was hot, and we loved everything about it.

Very good location and services (tasty breakfast and a wonderful horse ride with Nora’s husband). The room is noisy (our living room is underneath the room) but very cheap and clean so go for it ✨🥰👍🏽

Excellent place, good hosts, delicious food. With snow you have to leave the car about 100m away. Perfect place to start routes. The rooms are clean, ba the European. I can only thank you for your treatment and hospitality

We had a lovely meal at the restaurant. The lady was very friendly and spoke good English. Another advantage for us was that you can pay with a credit card.

We didn’t have enough cash so we ended up eating here as it seems it’s only one accepting card around the area. Went here for a snack and breakfast the next day. Staff are lovely, near our hostel.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we stopped for lunch and ordered kubdari. It was probably the best we had on the whole trip. The bread was so crispy and the filling was delicious.

The hotel is quite fine cimpared to the average hotels in Georgia. The only problem is that the stuff starts the cleaning of the dining room at 11.00 PM - and they are very very noisy. Same in the morning around 6.30. In the EU I would give a 2-3 star rating only, but here the nivo is very low.

We were here for the Taxi service - 120 gel for a taxi to the glacier. Also used them for a taxi to Mestia for 180 gel (60 per person). Finally we had some great red wine pitcher. The view from the terrace is great.

I have stayed in Ushguli twice now. The first time, we got a ride from a guy in a lady Neva who crashed through waterfalls and the second time we hiked through the mountains. Great, historic towers set amongst the rivers and valleys. Hearty breakfast and great company, a welcome rest for tired feet.

A comfortable place, but not luxurious. A slightly aging staircase and a somewhat crepting common kitchen. It is worse for those who choose a room without a kitchen because there is definitely a small one. But I think that it is quite high standard for Mestie. For lonely excursions, ideal for families, you have to be inconvenient.

I had a very nice stay at this guesthouse. Tina was a very nice host and made sure that I had a pleasant stay in Mestia. She is caring and welcoming. The guesthouse is very cozy located just outside the town and have an exceptional view to surrounding mountains and Svan Towers. I recommend the homemade breakfast!

We stayed 2 times at Guesthouse Gio. Gio‘s aunt is super friendly, she even speaks quite good german! The house has a wonderful view, especially in the morning!! The only problem: if you get a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from the guests upstairs...especially when they wake up earlier in the morning and pack their stuff for an hour :(

Vasha and his brother are nice people who helped us in every way they could. The guesthouse is beautiful and in a quiet corner of Mestia. There are a lot of windows, so we could admire the snow outside - but inside it was cosy and warm!

The main reason we are leaving 4 stars (and not 2-3) is because of the host (name Auto or something like that). He is amazing and helpful. We stayed 2 nights. First night no wifi and poor breakfast. Second night barely any wifi and fantastic breakfast. There are several annoying things about the hotel. We would definitely stay again if we knew they had wifi.

This is the best place we have stayed in Georgia! Very clean, modern rooms in a quiet area of mestia about 5-10 mins walk from the centre. Above all the hospitality of our host tsitso was incredible - despite limited English she made us feel right at home. Very cozy guesthouse. Away from the center of Mestia on a quiet street, elevated above the city which offers a view from the terrace above. Fantastic guesthouse! The cozy, warm room for three even had a stove to light. Yuri, the host, was incredibly welcoming, offering chacha, wine, and help with parking. There’s a small kitchen, a shared fridge, and three separate bathrooms. You can also order breakfast (20 GEL) or dishes from the menu. Friendly and cheap place. Good for summer housing.

I stayed with Maria for a long time and am very happy with the comfort of the room. The heaters are working great so far (it's the end of December)! I'm warm and beautiful. The hosts are very nice and friendly. When I said I do yoga on the floor for two hours and need it to be really warm, they brought the most powerful heater and a rug.

Maria is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are warm and cosy. Cheaper than most places in Mestia. Near to bars and the central street. Highly recommended!

Very clean, lots of hot water. Good plumbing. Own kitchen. Recommend ! We stop for the second time! Very polite hosts.
