The hotel itself is normal. The location does not matter. As for cleanliness in the rooms, cleanliness was lacking and the sheets were dirty until I changed them a second time. Absence of service personnel. They also have food, which I did not use. ​

It has a nice view and the cat is lovely. The common area is very cozy. But there is only one stove works. It is not so convenient to cook food. And if the staff can have smiles to guests, it will be better.

This place has made our stay in Mestia. Rooms are not fancy but very clean and comfortable. The place offers a hot sauna and a nice view from the balcony. Best part by far is the incredible host Reti who’s willing to help with everything. Breakfast is delicious and you can feel how much love and care they put into it. A true definition of “home-made” food. Highly recommended!

The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the hosts are really really sweet. They will even help you arrange transportation for hikes, recommend trekking routes etc. Highly recommend.

This is the best place we have stayed in Georgia! Very clean, modern rooms in a quiet area of mestia about 5-10 mins walk from the centre. Above all the hospitality of our host tsitso was incredible - despite limited English she made us feel right at home. When I told her it was my partner’s birthday she went out of her way to help us with celebrations. 100% recommend!

Really very reasonably priced. If you want affordable accommodation in a central Mestia location, this place is great. The shower was powerful and water was always hot. Wifi was good but there was no table. The downside was that they did not come and empty the bin or top up the soap dispenser while I was there. I do not feel that I should have to ask for these things.

Not many places stay open during wintertime. This one does and provides good service. Great food, super friendly owner, dining room with an outstanding view. One disadvantage - rooms are quite small.

I stayed here at Hotel Koski for two nights as part of an organised walking tour of 10. Marvellously located with great views up into the mountains. We really warmed to this little guesthouse during a three night stay. Rooms have a spectacular view where you can watch the mountain and weather , explore the village and hike . Food is wholesome . I think the lack of English by staff means that they can appear a bit unfriendly . Rooms are clean with heating although the wet rooms can be wet !!!

A very decent place to stay, except cold if the heating was off for some time. Sometimes, there is no one in the place to offer service and no way to notice how to get somebody. The food is best in Georgia, 100/10. I recommend Ojahuri and Khachapuri Imeruli

Fantastic guesthouse! The cozy, warm room for three even had a stove to light. Yuri, the host, was incredibly welcoming, offering chacha, wine, and help with parking. There’s a small kitchen, a shared fridge, and three separate bathrooms. You can also order breakfast (20 GEL) or dishes from the menu. The place is pet-friendly – our dog stayed with us in the room 🐶 I’d happily come back!

I stayed at Mushkudiani Manor for 3 nights. It was a lovely and pleasant stay. Great Host and spacious room. Wonderful view with a river sounds. We stayed here for our first night in Mestia before hitting the trails towards Ushguli. The view from the terrace/ balcony welcomed us and we enjoyed a couple of hours rest in the guesthouse. This was heaven. The garden in the backyard has the most amazing view of mountains alongside a river. We took a bigger room with three beds which was worth the price. It was a old place but adequate. Absolutely wonderful guest house in Mestia. Great location, superb view from the balcony and nice big room with one of the most comfortable beds l’ve slept in. The owner Yuri, was a great host. He runs a great guesthouse and is very helpful and a great person all around. It was also at a great price as well. Would highly recommend.

I would say this place is a bit crampy. There is nowhere to sit inside except for a dining room table where other people are eating so you have to sit in your room. Also the bathroom is used by many people.

Lela and her family are great! We stayed for four nights on a ski trip. She cooked us great breakfasts and dinners every day, and even left food and tea/coffee out for us when we woke up very early to ski. The location is great for skiing, with easy access to almost all of the terrain around Ushguli.

I have stayed in Ushguli twice now. The first time, we got a ride from a guy in a lady Neva who crashed through waterfalls and the second time we hiked through the mountains. Great, historic towers set amongst the rivers and valleys. Hearty breakfast and great company, a welcome rest for tired feet.

I was really surprised when I discovered this hotel in Mestia. The hotel rooms were very clean and the view from the terrace amazing. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has great exterior and it is located perfectly. If you decide to visit this hotel you can enjoy the beauty of Svaneti and see the fascinating towers with your own eyes from the terrace.

IMO the best place to stay even not only for 1 night. The family is lovely, the room is big, enough space for clothes, the view is amazing as located at the top of the village. This is the best place to stay in Ushguli! The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. There's a warm and family atmosphere. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, and showers had fresh hot water. Dinner was good. The only issue I had is no fault of the owners, but the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. This makes for a challenging 10 minute uphill walk if you want to return from town but you are also rewarded with great views down to Ushguli.

The owner/operator was extremely generous and kind. We are thankful to her for all she did for us. The views are out of this world, the rooms are adequate, and the food is fresh and plentiful. You cannot go wrong in choosing this beautiful hotel.

I stayed with my family in Old House Mestia for two days. Simply fantastic! The view is enchanting, the hosts and the staff very friendly. The hotel manager Nita was very accommodating. Located on the outskirts of the town, a quarter of an hour's walk from the centre, this is a guest house that could be more of a hotel, in a building that looks like it was recently built. We had a double room, spacious, clean, with a private bathroom, hairdryer, towels and lovely views of the town. The wifi worked very reasonably. It doesn't have a TV or air conditioning, but you don't really miss...

We camped for one night at their hotel( 15 gel per person). I being afraid of dogs, was made comfortable and the owner(an old man) was conscious enough to not let the dog come near me. The place is beautiful and we were allowed to use their bbq facility and kitchen free of cost.
