One can see they input lots of effort to keep the place as tidy and clean as they can ! Luka Guesthouse it is a very nice and comfortable place with a splendid garden, full of flowers and beautiful plants. it is perfect for having breakfast or spending time in the evening. the hostess is very very kind and ready to answer any questions, she also speaks perfect English, making communication very easy for visitors. absolutely recommended place! we hope to return soon!

First of all, finally a host who can communicate in perfect English. Much appreciated. Very quiet place, I was the only guest, nice and clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with free flow of coffee and tea. Clean bathrooms with working showers, hot and water pressure. Lovely outside area with many areas to sit and relax. BBQ also possible. Perfect place for cyclist to relax.

If you look for chill and homey atmosphere this place is for you. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Taxis are 5 mins walk. There is beautiful garden on the back of the house.

One of good Guesthouses in Martvili. The owner is very nice women. She helped us while we did late check-in. The surrounding was very natural and allot of fruit trees.

A wonderful family-run guesthouse right near the center of Martvili. We received a warm welcome from Giorgi, one of the sons of the family, who spoke perfect English and made us feel right at home. The family’s hospitality was generous and everyone was eager to help us whenever possible. All was clean and well-kept. Would recommend!

Rooms are clean simple and cozy. Clean bathroom, huge kitchen with all amenities, big living room with nice fireplace. Yard is nice, hammock and shade 👌 We asked for breakfast and dinner (stayed more than week) and it was perfect, no words! Friendly owners, great location.

Very nice and clean place located directly in center of the town. Host is very friendly and helpful. If you need to spend the night or few days it’s a great choice. Shared living room with bedrooms spread around it. Large shared dining area and two shared wc/showers for a total of 4 bedrooms.

Great place! The owner is very friendly and has a distinguished host. The place is clean and there are all naresh equipment for preparing meals. Nearby are shops where you can buy groceries. It's a shame all guests have to use only one bathroom

Small and cozy family guest house. Hosts are very friendly, attentive and one can get a very useful information about the sightseeing from them. I had a great experience with the other guests. One of them was an American, like myself. We got together in the evening at the patio and had a great conversation. overall the guest house was pretty good and affordable.

Beautiful and new room, clean and well equipped and very comfortable beds. There is a new kitchen next to the room and a balcony to relax on. A quiet and wonderful place to relax. Leli, the hostess, was very pleasant and smiling, and communication was with the help of Google Translate, because she does not speak English, only Russian and Georgian. A highly recommended place!

Stayed with family and kids. The owner is really nice. Speaks Russian and a bit of English. Option to hire his car for trips. Pick up and drop off at the airport for reasonable price and hassle free. Car with child safe seats.

Really amazing guest house, Price is incredibly good owners are very friendly. We came here for one night but stayed more than one. They have a beautiful dog BUBU and really nice garden. We stayed there watched the stars. Free coffee, tea and snacks were available for us as well as Owner bought us ice cream before we left. What a pleasant place! Very hospitable hosts and Bubu - a dog with a kind soul and a huge heart! The guest house itself is located in the middle of the block. You have to get off one of the main streets, it's not that hard to find. For guests there is everything, any question and wish is solved with pleasure. Technically, this place doesn't exist. You will stay in Argo Palace hotel. This will create some confusion for sure. Hotel itself is ok, nothing to complain about. The only thing is that it may be quite difficult to see somebody. Breakfast is probably more than you can eat. Speaking Russian definitely helps.

We had a perfect stay and felt very welcome. Rooms are super clean, the view is wonderful, food is delicious and the host is marvellous and helpful. The guesthouse is just a few minutes away from city center (by foot). Loved it! :)

Very nice room with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. However, the hotel is a bit far out. But the staff are lovely; they offered to accompany me to buy meals on several occasions. Otherwise, taxis aren't expensive in the country, so it's not a problem at all. I recommend it.

It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. I'm not a picky tourist. I had to stay just for 1 night, waiting for my train next day, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for just sleep-&-go. So I chose this place. I had a room with personal bathroom. Everything is modest, but clean. Administrator is super-hospitable.

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place
