We stayed here for two nights and to be honest, felt strange there. The rooms are very small. There is place for the bed and nothing more. The walls and doors are probably made of paper. We had an argue with some ruZZian girls because we needed to check out around 8.30 and they wanted to sleep. There is also very little privacy as the owner lady sits in the common area almost all the time.

I didn't feel safe as a woman, he was an awkward man, he smelled weed, I booked for 2 nights but stayed only one and left early in the morning. Avoid this place!

Quiet area, host is very nice and helpful so Is his wife. Nearby everything. House is squeaky clean.

Amazing family guest house with good location. The owners are nice and kind people. Guest house is close to the city center, only 10 min walking. Last but not least, the main star is Bubu, such a good boy. He is like a cherry on the cake)

Really amazing guest house,
Price is incredibly good owners are very friendly. We came here for one night but stayed more than one. They have a beautiful dog BUBU and really nice garden. We stayed there watched the stars.
Free coffee, tea and snacks were available for us as well as Owner bought us ice cream before we left. Really amazing Family

The place was harder to find than we thought. Although all of the locals were super helpful in helping us to find the place. For future explorers and traveleras. One way to find it is to go near Gelati guest house and it is near by, going from Gelati guest house and down to merab kostava street and you will find it. Look for iron gates with the designated street sign and the lovely dog Bubu and you will find it.
Besides that host was super wonderful and helpful. Assisted us with local marshrutki,explained how much to pay for certain things and to be aware of taxis prices.
Beds were great and very comfy.
If you are looking for a place to stay and do not mind having simple but cozy place for a very affordable price. This is the place to choose.

What a pleasant place! Very hospitable hosts and Bubu - a dog with a kind soul and a huge heart!
The guest house itself is located in the middle of the block. You have to get off one of the main streets, it's not that hard to find. For guests there is everything, any question and wish is solved with pleasure. Excursions, trips, etc. - everything will be explained and told, very nice! For breakfast, the hostess treated her with homemade delicious treats, you must try this, she cooks wonderfully! I want to come back to Kutaisi again and again, the people there are amazing! Madloba!!!
